This location use to be my go to spot Starbucks because it’s less then 5 minutes away I had another encounter with them due to there customer service issues very combative and argumentative when your asking them to make something for you the way that you like because your the one who drinks it’s or eating it so I stopped going for awhile and today I go just to see if they’ve changed and again bad attitude rude and aggressive lady don’t have enough money in drawer to give back and I told her it’s ok she never said thank you nor did she give eye contact she acted as if she didn’t want to take my money when I handed it to her she shoved the cup in my hand that needs to be handled it’s a young lady with curly black hair and various tattoos I could’ve had the same energy as she did but I’ve worked in customer for very many years and it can be a challenge but again for this to happen yet again and I haven’t been in about a year please get it together I’m pretty sure this location has lost many customers due to the attitudes and poor customer service this was my last visit

I have came to this Starbucks for over a year now, this Starbucks is 2 minutes from my house. I have multiple problems with the way the employees handle things. My first being when I would ask for extra they would charge me and not put the extra. My second is strawberry cold foam is more they would barely put any strawberry flavoring it would basically taste like vanilla. One time I came there and the almond milk taste like nail polish remover and I looked up why it would and it said because the milk was going bad I called the Starbucks to warn them and the manager Emily argued with me saying well I don’t know what to tell you because there is nothing bad on my end, Emily has been so disrespectful from the start I have went to 1000 Starbucks and been going to Starbucks since I was 10 years old and this is my first time ever making a bad review. They have new people in there trying to train them constantly because all they actually care about is their ego. The last encounter I had was with one of the baristas I asked for extra chi in my drink and I tasted it I knew it was wrong so I asked her to remake it she said you always have a problem, if I am spending over $200 a week at your location and I specifically tell you how to make my drink and you still make the drink how you want to make the drink why wouldn’t I say something? The manager at the time was new and he agreed because the lady that made the drink said she made it wrong. So I moved out of state and was visiting and went back there and ordered a new drink and emily said “we can no longer service you” while smiling then tried to argue with me saying I never moved ???? I don’t know why she is a manager but she is the biggest problem they have. I have called corporate many times, and now I will go higher up and report this. I think she is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. She is training her employees to be disrespectful and as you can see there are other people saying the same thing about this location they need major training not only on their drinks but their personalities as well.

If you’re in a hurry, absolutely do not go to the Starbucks. I just moved to the area and was excited to see that there was a Starbucks literally around the corner from my house. I’ve been there probably five times and every single time it has been painfully slow to sit in the drive-through.

The workers at this starbucks are always rude. Shoving the drinks in my hand before I can even stop the car. As well, they tend to make mistakes on the drinks and food even when it says exactly what the order is on the sticker. Matched with a terrible attitude by the staff isn’t a great look.
