the indian couple who run the store (it seems they do) are so dang nice. 5/5 stars!!
They say their food is fresh and healthy, but the last 2 times I ate there it was not fresh at all.
Placed an online order just for them to tell me they didn’t get my order or know how to refund me for the order. I called and spoke with two different people they were both clueless as to what to do to get me refunded. Advised me that it was lunch time and they didn’t have time to deal with my issue, took my number and said someone would call me.
After waiting quite some time for our food, the restaurant canceled our order. Thanks a lot Subway!
Disappointed salad order online and delivery. Made incorrectly. This place should be embarrassed in filling the small bowl halfway. Never again.
Excellent food
Placed an online order at around 9:20pm on October 2nd for 2 Footlong subs 2 cookies and chips. Both subs were made incorrectly my toppings ordered being lettuce mayo and pickle and the topping I received were cucumbers tomatoes onions and spinach…. And no cheese like I order. Called to ask if they can remake them and the woman on the phone told me that she made the subs and she knows she made them correct. So even brought back the messed up subs for proof but they already had remakes made. Get home and it’s still wrong 😂😂😂 oh and didn’t get chips and they were out of the cookie we ordered

I come here alot to order and usually no problem but after trying to be a vitamin water and buy a side of dressing (because I forgot mine at another location), they wouldn’t let me get the dressing without buying an actual sandwich…..lmao…. Luckily another customer just got it for me since he had a sandwich ordered, thank you to that man. Employee couldve easily just charged me 75 cents or something since I was paying customer from buying my drink. LOL

MOLD!!! the drink fountain had full on slimy white mold down the side/in the nozzle. Ive worked with mold before and yes it was mold.

I placed an online order, was charged and when I went to pick it up they hadn't received it. I tried to check all the details and show her that I had been charged and the receipt I had and she waved her hand and walked away saying I need to call corporate. She would not even look at what I was trying to show her with the valid address and receipt. I was just going to place the order there and changed my mind after seeing her wipe her face with the gloves she was handling the food with and I saw the veggies that looked horrible and old and the place looked dirty. I'm thankful there was an issue with my order bc I imagine you will get sick from the food there. They need to work on customer service as well.

i work nearby, and grab subway often for lunch. the service is exceptional and the food is always good! the ladies working there are so kind & easy to talk too!

Closes at 9.30 pm daily. Came hungry couple of times , one at 9.50 pm and another day at 9.40 pm but was closed already. If you are planning to close at 9.30 pm please post it, don’t misguide the customers, current official close time is 10 pm which is not correct.
My online order was horribly wrong. (For example I asked for more onions and more jalepenos, there was one jalapeno and a one inch piece of onion on the whole 12 inch sub. I called: the 1st person said manager would call back at 5pm. No call. I called back at 530 and the night team lead said the manager wasn't in and would take a message. I tried to describe the whole situation, they tried to act like I wasn't telling the truth, then said, "Well sometimes were have 10 people in line and mistakes are made." And I said, "No one was in the store, and even so, are you saying my order doesn't matter, that's crazy!" and they interrupted acting like I was being rude and hu. I called back two times and each time they hu..the last time saying that 5 orders just came in and they had to help make the orders, again putting others above me as a customer. I just wanted what I paid for. They got their money, I didn't get my order...and when I called to complain I was treated with complete disrespect.

Never open on Saturday mornings at their advertised hours (9am). Guess there are other places for breakfast sandwiches.
My wife and I were at this location again last week and I confirmed that when leaving a tip while using any electronic form of payment, the employees DO NOT GET THE TIP!!! We visited this location a month earlier, and I asked the attendant if they receive the tips that are put on here and she said no! I was told that by a friend so I asked to be sure. Then when we went there last week, I asked again and got the same answer! This seems SO morally wrong! It would be okay with me if they declared it with a big sign or something, but presently it just lets us customers "assume" that the employees would get the tips, like everywhere else! I have no complaints about the food or service, but this decision by the owners is despicable and they should be ashamed of themselves!
