This isn’t fast food any more. It’s taking 10+ minutes (usually more) per person at the order screen. They were out of beef the other day (how does that even happen?). They usually forget the sauce and then act all weird when you have the gall to ask for what you ordered. These are basic things.

Review 3: Simultaneously out of carbonation for ALL soft drinks, freezes, sweet tea, lemonade, and Gatorade... The only drink options were coffee, $4 upcharge fresca drinks, and mango brisk. Review 2: Restaurant is consitently out of stuff (obviously poor management). I don't think I have ever gotten a fully correct order from here.
Review #1: Dining room was closed unexpectedly during normal business hours. Drive through line took 10 minutes. Forgot items from order. Had to wait through drive through line again. Got back home to eat and had received the most pitiful excuse for a crunch wrap I've ever eaten. It's as if they were out if the components to make it so they poorly hodge podged it together. Definitely not what I paid for.

I came daily for 2 weeks and half the time my food was not cooked all the way. They make a fuss when you ask them to cook it or make a new one.
They make a fuss when you ask for a refund.
Go literally anywhere else

surper friendly cashier. 5 stars for service since nothing else is open at 2am.
The environment was exquisite and I was served extremely quickly, I received my drink within 40 seconds of ordering. This is now my go to Taco Bell and I will definitely come here more often.

Always rude or inconsistent in the afternoons. Went in the morning at 8:20 and they told me they were still closed no one showed up to work.

This Taco bell is so inconsistent and underwhelming. I try and eat healthy nutritional food and when I have my cheat meal and it sucks, it's so disappointing. I've tried other Taco Bells throughout Central Ohio and they have ALL been better than this New Albany location. I don't leave reviews and didn't want to start with a negative one, but I have been let down by careless staff too many times.
