This Taco bell is so inconsistent and underwhelming. I try and eat healthy nutritional food and when I have my cheat meal and it sucks, it's so disappointing. I've tried other Taco Bells throughout Central Ohio and they have ALL been better than this New Albany location. I don't leave reviews and didn't want to start with a negative one, but I have been let down by careless staff too many times.

We went there last night and it took TWENTY EIGHT minutes from when we pulled in the drive thru to when we got our food. Truly blown away. I’ve never gone through a slower drive thru in my entire life. We will never go back to this location.

This Taco Bell is SLOW! Especially in the drive thru. I wait in drive thru, with only 1 car in front of me, for 6 minutes just to order! This particular Taco Bell has you closed in, in the drive thru with curbs on both sides. So you can't pull out if you decide you don't want to wait. I get they were probably short staffed (like everyone else), but this is not the first time that it is this slow. Other fast food restaurants seem to make it work when short. 6 min just to order is crazy. Then another 5 to get food.
