I wouldv'e really loved to leave a better review but I've been pretty consistently underwhelmed by the service here. I can't speak to the other locations, but more times than not, I've gone here to bubbly and gotten pretty far below stellar service but today really took the cake.[pun intended]
I came in and was shocked to see the woman working the today was sitting down, doing something on her phone with large over-the-ear headphones on. I waited a good handful of minutes before I had to actively flag her down. The best part? She didn't bother taking off her headphones while taking my order or the order of the people behind me. Me and the people who ordered after me had to repeat what we wanted because she had the headphones on listening to something and couldn't be bothered to put them around her neck for the customers there.
I've worked in the service industry for almost a decade and I try to be pretty forgiving about things but this actively shocked me and truly soured my experience to the extent that I'm likely not coming back.

I ordered these from Uber eats- all I can say is AH-MAZ-ING! Cured my sweet tooth, and cheesecakes were perfectly executed. 10/10

Besides being WAYYY overpriced for what it is, the actual product did not deliver. It was dry and tasted old, like it had been sitting in the back of a fridge all week. We took 1 bite and spit it out and threw the rest away. The other issue was the actual service, the person who "helped" up seemed annoyed we were there and and annoyed we interrupted her from
her book. Overpriced, poor customer service and poor quality.

I took a bite of the plain cheesecake and said "wow." This was the best tasting slice of cheesecake I've had in a really long time. I was in town visiting a friend. I will now have to order one on Goldbelly to ship to me in New Jersey. The cookie crust is perfect with the creamy, bold cheesecake middle. I really liked the frosted topping too. It was a great addition to each bite. I should have made my friend take me back to Bubbly for another slice before leaving town. Good job Cheesecake Girl. Bravo.update: ordered a cheesecake via Goldbelly, and it was just as delicious as the cheesecake I enjoyed in Ohio.

I just tried the mango with tajin. And it's amazing. I put a little extra tajin on it and I love it.
