I will No longer be going to this location. I’ve given them more than enough chances. Every time I go, the order is messed up and I have to correct them at the window. The people who work the drive through simply do not listen. And now the past few times I’ve been, my doughnuts have been ice cold. Not just room temp/not warm but actually cold. I know Tim Hortons uses par baked doughnuts and needs to finish cooking them in the ovens. I suspect they’re just letting them thaw and serving them that way.

Terrible service. Tried to order ic capp machine was not ready. Came back 15 min later and the manager Loopa could not get coupon to scan then charged me FULL price. Finally got the refund as drink sat melting.then said if I want the drink go order it online to use coupon or pay full price. That was the manager!!!! Terrible service and continued to argue that I need to use the app that kept freezing up

The employees will ignore you, they seem very mad and this locations donuts did not taste good and my honey dipped barely had any dip on it.

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches. 1 came with bacon, but was supposed to have sausage. 2 others had overcooked omelets bites instead of egg, which was smashed down and didn't cover half of the croissant. My wife forced hers down. My youngest boy refused to eat his, so he had no egg for his sandwich. At least my dogs got a small snack out of it.
The customer service of Tim Hortons is poor. The staff are not well trained. Food is average and the lighting was harsh and unflattering.

Just went thru this drive thru. The employee was rude when taking my order. When I paid she wouldn’t reach out of the window to hand me the card which caused it to fall to the ground. I ordered iced tea and lemonade and she gave me two lemonades. When I asked for her to give me the tea, she “did” but as I drove away I realized she just out a little tea in my existing lemonade and let me go on my way. Employees are simply rude and lazy. Won’t come here again.

I recently moved from NC we don’t have Tim Hortons there. I went so many tim hortons here in Columbus and so far the best place is this one at New Albany. I love the people work here they’re so kind and they work fast with no mistakes to your order. Thank you guys.

My wife had only one request when she found out I was heading out for donuts. "I'd like a jelly filled donut, I don't care what flavor." Seems simple enough right? Nope, not a single jelly filled anything. I ended up getting her a crappy looking blueberry muffin. What a waste of a location....
