I come to The New Albany (folder rd) nearly every day. The morning crew is the best!! Whether its inside or using the drive-thru always GREAT service!! Just cant say it enough. The Morning crew rocks!!

I will No longer be going to this location. I’ve given them more than enough chances. Every time I go, the order is messed up and I have to correct them at the window. The people who work the drive through simply do not listen. And now the past few times I’ve been, my doughnuts have been ice cold. Not just room temp/not warm but actually cold. I know Tim Hortons uses par baked doughnuts and needs to finish cooking them in the ovens. I suspect they’re just letting them thaw and serving them that way.
Used and handed them a coupon. I asked for me receipt and noticed the coupon was never even applied to this bite sized cold and soggy plain egg sandwhich!

Terrible service. Tried to order ic capp machine was not ready. Came back 15 min later and the manager Loopa could not get coupon to scan then charged me FULL price. Finally got the refund as drink sat melting.then said if I want the drink go order it online to use coupon or pay full price. That was the manager!!!! Terrible service and continued to argue that I need to use the app that kept freezing up
