We were visiting from Hawaii and in New Albany for a concert at the McCoy Center when my daughter and I decided to look for a sweet treat during our two-hour break. A family member recommended *Witt’s Frozen Custard*, and I’m so glad we stopped by! The shop is adorable, and the selection was so good that my daughter had a hard time deciding what to get. I’m more of a simple person, so I went with the plain vanilla custard—delicious! My daughter opted for one with gummy worms, which she loved.
We enjoyed it so much that I made the drive back from Westerville a second time with my husband before we left Ohio. Can’t wait to come back!

As usual, my experience is great! By far the best place for ice cream/custard. I saw a post from someone complaining about running out of a flavor. I think if they run out by the end of the day that’s good because you then know it always freshly made. Sort of like a bakery. Whits of New Albany….keep up the good work!

Every time I go to the Whit’s on New Albany I always enjoy it! The staff is very friendly and the custard is great. I also love the large gluten free selection.

I have eaten at many of the Columbus area Whits, and the New Albany location is definitely my favorite. Friendly, smiling employees always greet you as soon as you walk in the door and the portion sizes are better than at other locations. I've heard the manager training employees, telling them to add more custard to a cup, which is good, because scoop sizes can vary depending on who is scooping! Whitsers are also done with the right amount of toppings. Other places add too little or too much. Employees are always busy--no one standing around looking at their phones. Prices vary from location to location, but I'm sure rent and taxes are all part of the pricing equation. Never been disappointed at the New Albany Whits.

Just close the store or put on a website you don't have ice cream! You had no Buckeye ice cream AND no chocolate ice cream leaving vanilla ice cream as the only option? That or your staff shut down those machines before you were actually closed.
At least offer to make something chocolate with a mix or something.
Now I'm in my car and even the Buckeye Whitser doesn't taste at all like anything other than Vanilla ice cream which I could get at Kroger.
Very disappointed after driving here to find you didn't have anything you advertise and then appear to have not even made the Whitser correctly.
Even more disappointing is you asked me to email you to pretend like you care but then you don't respond or offer to make it right after I took the time to try and help you understand what happened. Why bother asking people to email you if you're not going to do anything with it?

Whit's in New Albany, OH is my favorite Whit's for frozen custard & Pies. I go there often and enjoy the friendliness of the owner & the staff. The freezer's are always filled with so many varieties. It's hard to make a choice. I buy several of my favorites & take them to my family, out of town - who are not lucky enough to live close to a Whit's. I still don't know if they are excited to see me or the Whit's custard :-) but we all enjoy it. Family I'll be bringing some to you soon!

That buckeye tho ????
I order the same build my own whitser every time I visit this location or others. This location is always the most expensive but today was ridiculous. The price I was given today was $2.50 more than I was charged a month ago, for one whitser. Raising prices is one thing but that increase is outrageous.
Decent ice cream, but they always run out of the speciality flavor, without fail every time we go. Vanilla only. I can never get excited for the flavor of the week or day… how can you run out of your featured flavor lol

We got a waffle cone with 2 scoups of ice cream ?, expectations going in were not high, decided to give it a try. Initial feeling was right. Not returning again, there are many other better ice-cream options.
