Applebees has come a long way in the last few months!! The service was a 10/10 and the OM Cheeseburger was DELICIOUS 😋 We also ordered the Ultimate Trio which was amazing 👏 Then we had a chocolate chip cookie dough pie with ice-cream.... Everything was amazing

This is one of the best locations I've ever been to. The food at this location is extremely fresh and well-made (versus other locations where it's dry, overcooked, and/or clearly older). I ordered food through DoorDash, but did not receive my plasticware. This has happened on several occasions. I work out of town and rely on plasticware when I eat. This has happened several times. Called to voice my opinion, and the manager, Lauren, made the typical excuse, but said she would use this situation as a learning experience for her crew. Yes, a learning experience on my behalf. No refund was given, just a sorry, and I was unable to eat my food, so it went straight in the trash. Will not be eating here ever again!
