My husband and I had breakfast there yesterday as we were in town for medical appointments and celebrating my birthday. I chose the two breakfast biscuits and let me tell you-I think those biscuits were made last Christmas! They were so dry they were in pieces on the plate when the waitress brought them. We were in a rush and didn't have time to wait on a remake so I said nothing and choked part of them down. What inferior quality ! Sad, when you look forward to dining out -only to be so disappointed with bad food.
This is the 3rd time I've had to leave Bob Evans prior to even receiving my food because of poor service. Today we were seated in a rather empty looking Bob Evans. After 15 minutes of staring around and not even my drink order taken, we left. Like I said, this is the 3rd time this has happened. It'll be a long time before I ever go back to the New Boston Bob Evans. The absolute worst service of any Bob Evans locations.

Yesterday, we placed a takeout order and were highly satisfied with the quality and value of the meal. We took advantage of the 2 for $12 soup promotion, selecting two loaded potato soups. Additionally, we ordered a family-sized salad with ranch dressing and six rolls, all for under $30. The salad was remarkably large and offered excellent value for the price. The rolls were exceptionally fresh, surpassing any I have previously experienced. The following day, my husband and I enjoyed the leftover soup and salad for lunch. Based on this positive experience, I would consistently choose Bob Evans over the more expensive and less satisfying fast food options available in our area.
Parking: On certain days, the parking lot becomes quite crowded, but there is usually a vacant spot in the rear parking area.
Kid-friendliness: The children's menu is excellent. When we dine in, the servers are very kind and attentive to the children.
Wheelchair accessibility: The establishment lacks a handicap button for wheelchairs on its doors, but once inside, there is ample space for maneuvering. Wheelchair-friendly tables and restrooms are available.

My husband and I enjoyed the food this morning at the New Boston Bob Evans. Our waitress, Lori, was exceptional. It's nice to go to a resturant and see your server smiling .
May be due to company ownership, but food is not the same or as good as it used to be...20 to 30 years ago. Was a family favorite restaurant, but now only a few times per year. A little pricey for what you get.
