Went thru the drive thru. The lady working was not very nice at all. But, I was hungry. I got a pot pie it was good just wish it would have been hot.

I came through last night to get my wife and I dinner only to find out they no longer had the Honey BBQ Chicken Strips that my wife wanted despite it still showing on the app. So I went home and we made other plans for dinner. Tonight we get KFC, I order the Famous Bowl with their new Southwest Cheddar gravy instead of the normal gravy. It tasted great until I bit into my second piece of chicken and instantly froze and spit out raw chicken. I’ve given this place too many chances to fix itself, I’m done. I’ll just wait until the new chicken joint in New Boston opens by Walmart.

My family all got food poisoning here!! Run away from this KFC location!! Their chicken is never crispy at this location. It is always a sopping wet mess. The employees are never friendly here either. And on top of that, everyone in my house that ate the food I brought home got incredibly ill within an hour of eating it. We all have food poising thanks to this location. Disgusting restaurant that can’t even follow basic food safety. Run away.

This had to be some of the poorest quality chicken that I’ve ever gotten at Kentucky Fried Chicken! The legs were som small I honestly questioned if it was wings. Some was over cooked too.

The night time shift all needs to be terminated. Their service to meet the customer needs are in por standards. I have placed multiple orders threw the last 3 weeks before this review and it is sad to say it has been the same.

Chicken was hot and fresh, but the biscuits was like hockey pucks & the wedge's where definitely old and should of been thrown out.
Order a Family share box, didn’t have everything it showed in the picture. Waited over 25 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous, it’s so sad how ran down this place is .

Try to order the $30 meal they did not have enough chicken tenders so then I ordered the chicken and waffles and on the price it said 949 when I got to the window they had charged me $13 for it I get home and I had two chicken tenders and two waffles no side. So I ended up paying $24 for a kids meal and a chicken and waffles meal half a meal

Every time I come here something is not right or not included with my order without fail. Not to mention they are rarely busy when I happen to order from here, which makes the lack of accuracy of my order even more frustrating. The food isn’t great, the breading on my food and particularly the fries always seems a bit stale. I don’t have a problem enjoying kfc in general but this location lacks execution every time.
