Chicken was hot and fresh, but the biscuits was like hockey pucks & the wedge's where definitely old and should of been thrown out.

Try to order the $30 meal they did not have enough chicken tenders so then I ordered the chicken and waffles and on the price it said 949 when I got to the window they had charged me $13 for it I get home and I had two chicken tenders and two waffles no side. So I ended up paying $24 for a kids meal and a chicken and waffles meal half a meal

Every time I come here something is not right or not included with my order without fail. Not to mention they are rarely busy when I happen to order from here, which makes the lack of accuracy of my order even more frustrating. The food isn’t great, the breading on my food and particularly the fries always seems a bit stale. I don’t have a problem enjoying kfc in general but this location lacks execution every time.

Placed an online order, failed, went through the drive thru, and the employee gave me an order that wasn't mine, when I took it back after I had realized it wasn't mine, the staff took it back even though it had been in my possession for almost 20-25 minutes, food was underwhelming to boot. They need to do something about their food because selling whatever I had on the pure legacy of The herbs and spices will leave them in the dust with the likes of Zaxby's and Slim Chickens breathing down their necks.

Ordered at the drive thru 3 family feast meals and a dozen biscuits. The cashier gave me my food and I ask her was everything in there because I had a ways to drive home and she assured me it was so I gave her a tip and left. I got home and I had no biscuits. I tried to call back 3 times and no answer!!
I don't know how anything tasted or how anything is at this restaurant because no one would help me or take my order. There was no one in line inside or in the drive-thru either. There is no reason why my order should not have been taken. Zero stars.

I personally had a bad experience, I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches. They were dry and hard. I immediately notified the person working there and they made it right it was not a issue, that kind of surprised me,they did not even ask to see the old sandwiches so I tossed them in the trash. I give them a A for taking care of the problem but it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.
