Had a phenomenal experience from beginning to end the employees taking more order on the phone are top notch managers are great food was spectacular the delivery driver kaleb was funny kind and speedy I didn't have much for a tip so I offered a box of white cheddar cheezits which he so graciously accepted you could tell he was hungry thanks again papa jims

The manager and the crew at the Papa John's in New Boston tonight late were amazing. I made a late order to take to someone who was in need of food. I ordered a few minutes before midnight but I was already right by the store so I just walked in and waited. I watched them make and bake at least 10 orders in 10 minutes it was amazing. not only that but they also dealt with the counter problem stemming from The zombies who continually infest DoorDash. At one point they were making the same order for the third time because two different door dash drivers had stolen the pizza the first two times the order was made. I know it's not every DoorDash driver but it does seem to be a problem here. Couldn't possibly be all the out of state Suboxone squatters or nothing like that I know it couldn't possibly be those people so don't get on me. I'm not saying (it is) lol but One listen to their speech and glance at their automobiles sure tells the tale. It's getting ridiculous in Portsmouth and New Boston. Anyway, The crew at Papa John's had the patience of Job with yet the third driver and got their order out quickly again. In addition, they had my pizza and at least six more I counted done boxed and ready to pick up or be delivered in less than 10 minutes. I was really amazed at their good humor dedication and hard work. Every person in that store tonight needs a raise. I guarantee it. While all the pizzas places here continue to improve, Papa John's in New Boston, Ohio continues to rise above just like their dough. The management at the store should be proud of themselves they hired the right people at least for this night crew on this night. Cudos

I'm glad someone else left a review so i knew the delivery guys nameI had a great experience with the delivery driver Kaleb he told me all the specials when he dropped of my pie he even told me his favorite pizza after I asked him so I tried it! He recommended stuffed crust extra extra black olives ranch instead of pizza sauce twice baked it was so good! Thanks again Kaleb 5 stars!

The food was good, but fill your sauce cups up some more. That's absolutely ridiculous to give a sprinkle of sauce in the cup and expect me to be able to use that for 9 bread sticks! Good thing I ordered extra..might have gotten one full sauce cup out of all 3 I ordered ??

Pizza sucks. Didn't get what I ordered. Then call about it and there like oh you have to order that extra. We'll you need to let people know that before a person orders. Never again from this store. Hell little ceasers would've been better.

dry, ordered a xl new York style pizza got it home and it's just a dry cheese pizza. no peperoni hardly any sauce. never ordering there again. called and complained, they told me peperoni was extra. what a joke of a pizza place.
