Worst experience. Ordered 45 dollars worth of food and of course they forgot something so pulled back to the drive thru and the girl working the speaker rudely said her manager said it was there. Which it was not well pulled to the window then the manager came to the window and rudely said it was there and I said it wasn't and he could check the bag proving it was not there and he shoved a bag in the window and slammed the window closed when I asked for his name! A "manager" should not be calling a customer a liar.

9/14 830pm order for here…guy that took our order super friendly very customer oriented n repeated order to ensure no mistakes. Food was correct, hot and yummy. To my surprise, lobby was very clean, restrooms very clean and even the kitchen area I could see was very clean and that’s something you don’t see too often in fast food! I’m keeping my business with New Boston rather than nasty Portsmouth.

They act like they can't give u any meat on anything u ordered. Ordered a chicken quesadilla might have had one piece of chicken the rest was all cheese. My sons soft taco barely had any meat.

Morning shift awesome, day shift are rude. Ordered our food and got to the car my crunchwrap supreme was sub par and not a crunch wrap no crunch just wrap how can you mess that up

I just had the best burritos I've ever had from Toco Bell. Whoever is working needs today needs to be in charge of all Toco Bells. Worth every penny and I would come more than once a month if I got more food like this when I go to TB. They were filled with plenty of food, made perfectly and tasted fantastic. Promote who ever worked at noon on Sunday May 12th. Seriously, the best I've ever had.
