Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

9:15 in the evening there was ice cream all over the floor trash cans running over and a line of people waiting on there stuff! Very short staffed! The boys in there were working as fast as they could …food was fresh

Best service of any dairy Queen we have visited in years. So good that after eating here last year on a motorcycle ride , we will travel from Shawnee Ohio to have dairy Queen in new Breman when Shawnee has a dq, but not as good as this one thank you for always making us feel special each an every visit!

I would start out by saying I was hired the first of September, the manager had me work 3 hrs total since I have been there, I kept asking for a schedule she didn’t have one made then there would be another excuse and in between her responses she would wait to respond 2-3 days later she never answers her phone, she knew my flexibility when she hired me then changed it at the last minute and because I told her I won’t work Sundays for religious reasons she told me it was required we work two weekends a month I was given my orientation packet a month after I started, I have to personally go pick up a paper check that I am just now getting told has been there for over a month now, I went n bought pants n shoes just for this job and then I get the butt end of the stick….everyone there except higher ups only get maybe 10-15 hrs or less a week idk how they even manage because they definitely need new management and better staff….

The boys who were working last night was more worried about the group of young girls in there goofing around was more important then taking care of your customers. The floor in the kitchen area was the dirtiest iv ever seen. There was like 5 young men working an if there was a manager he dident care either. Come on Dairy Queen, you can do better. No organization, it was complete chaos.

I ordered a salted caramel blizzard . The guy who made it put all the chocolate truffles on the bottom and then the ice cream. He didn't mix it so I had the ice cream gone before getting any chocolate. Not good at all.

My server Sherri was a delight! So full of energy. She put a smile on my on my face. Food was great, but the service was even better.

Super friendly staff and fantastic food. Came here with my son and was actually surprised by how much seating is available here. We both got burgers and fries and, I have to say, this is probably the best fast food burger I've ever had. The flamethrower burger had just the right amount of spice and was the perfect side. My son had just a regular cheeseburger and absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back here.
