We ordered pizza online on a Thursday for 4 pm. The status of my order had changed to "making your order" so I assumed all was good. We tried calling around 4:30 over and over again and kept getting the busy signal. Around 5:15 my husband drove to New Bremen and they were closed!! No indication on the phone message or online ordering. This is unacceptable!

Don't order delivery. Twice now we have ordered food to be delivered and both times we got no food. They didn't call or email. Called them and they told us the didn't have a driver so they canceled it. Could have at least called to tell us. Second time just no answer at all so no food. (Unable to go get it) Called and ordered Marcos and got it to us in 20 min still hot and cooked perfectly! Waste of time and not worth ordering here anymore.

This place is most definitely not a place I like to go!!! AND DO NOT EVER BUY SAUCES FOR DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER RECIEVE IT.... ? NOT ONLY THAT BUT I WENT I SIDE WITH MY FAMILY AND THAT WAS A HUGE horrible

I have had three order in the past 8 weeks come from the New Bremen, OH Pizza Hut and all three have been incorrect toppings and 2 of three were ice cold as well. The timing to pick up an order is way off resulting in cold food. This establishment has been going downhill for the last 4 years and its sad to see, they used to be such a great facility.

Facility was okay. Staff was friendly but only 1 person. She was overwhelmed. Couldn't get my bill corrected. Finally just paid the incorrect amount.

There's a sign right by drive thru window says add a 4 pack of Pepsi to your order for five dollars and when you ask to do so they tell you no I guess customers are never right in this day and age customers use to always right boy the world has changed

We have been a few times only because we had Book-It coupons from our children. The service has been terrible. No one clearing dirty dishes or refilling drinks. No one checking to see if everything is as it should be. We only go in, because the last several times we've ordered for pickup our pizza came out dry as cardboard as if it had been sitting under the heat lamp since we ordered it even though we did a scheduled later pickup.

Not enough workers. No plates. Had to ask for a fork. 10 minutes before waiter came and asked for drinks. Disappointed.

We picked up 6 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. Got home and 1 box was empty! Perfectly clean, not a spot of grease in it. Just forgot to put the pizza in it. Pizza Hut would not deliver the missing pizza to us. They wanted me to leave the party I was hosting to pick it up. I refused. They were to call me back with a resolution but never bothered. Didn't refund me either.UPDATE: We stopped in and talked with a manager the next day and they were very kind and made it right.

We ordered The Edge pizza expecting the 16 pieces as advertised(square cut). In addition ordered a 2nd pizza. At pick up we are informed one of our pizzas burnt during cooking and had to be remaid. So we wait. The nice guy working the window handed us our food and receipt and we pulled away. Come to find out the pizza that didnt burn was cold, is there not a warmer? A cold pizza and then when we get home we dont have The Edge pizza, nope just a regular pepperoni pizza. We would have filled out the survey but conveniently the guy at the window ran out of paper in the printer but was able to print a second receipt since we used a cc. So he tore off the bottom of the first receipt knowing he was giving up a wrong order and cold food. I haven't been to this location in quite some time and was reminded again why. Very disappointed. The pizza on the left was the hot one oir family ate, the cold one got put in the trash. Thanks for another bad experience.
