I’m a door dasher and I drove 20 minutes to this Taco Bell and the order still wasn’t ready, had to wait another 15 mins. The staff is super young and I could tell their friends were in the lobby by the way they acted. I get it younger folks need jobs to, but professionalism need to be in place. And 20-40 minutes wait for food is crazy.

Ordered a stacker and asked to have the beef swapped for chicken get all the home to realize they added chicken didn’t take off the taco meat. It’s annoying that you can’t follow simple instructions.
Usually does great but these last few times they failed to read/ listen to directions for app orders. They also decided that when I pointed out that my order was wrong they decided to do it wrong in the exact same way.
