The food is good, but the service is trash... they don't care about their customers enough to make my food fast enough, then they tell u to pull down and that's another 30 minute wait...smh and why tell me to pull down and i ordered a drink and not give me my straw? Then i get a honey butter biscuit sandwich and it had no honey butter or nothing on it i choked for about 5 mins until i cold get a sip of coffee,Make it make sense...

This place needs some serious help, proper management, and some good training. Told myself I'd never go back after a couple of previous experiences, but with the turnover rate, I figured I'd try again. No bueno. I had to repeat my order several times, and then it was aggressively handed to me by someone resembling a manager, who never uttered a word. They slammed the door before I had a chance to ask for straws. I tried to flag several employees, and they all looked away. Resorted to just going inside. Honestly surprised the door was unlocked with their track record of never having the dining room open.

EVERY single time we go here our order is wrong. Also got sick the last time I ate food from here. We will NEVER go back to this restaurant.
Went to Wendy’s tonight (we hardly do because of the experience we always have) ordered 20 nuggets and a sm frosty. Only 1 other car in the drive thru with us. Waited 20 mins for food just for them to give me cold nuggets…and they also can’t count right. Got an 18 pc instead

We order double cheeseburger no lettuce and tomatoes. The second burger was a single and a coke. When we got our food the sandwiches were cold and burned. Don't eat at this Wendys
