First time food was cold. Waited a few months gave them another chance, no change in quality. Didn't learn gave them another chance and this time the workers just closed the dine in. Finally one more time, 6 pm on a Friday and the dine in was closed again. Thought about the drive through sat there 10 minutes line didn't move, so just left. Never again.

Absolutely awful. I can’t believe I gave them another chance. 25th visit in 3 years. 22 of those visits the order was wrong, the sandwich isn’t made correctly. I just went through and got 3 JBC’s and there isn’t even lettuce on any of them, .why? Why the hell did i just pay over $3 a burger when they can’t even get one of the most staple burgers of Wendy’s right? Every damn time and it blows my freakin mind. Just shut the place down, or, owners need to get their ass into their own damn store and make it work, this should be embarrassing. Total garbage. There’s literal pictures that show how to make every sandwich there, I know because I had once worked there. Spend your money somewhere else because nobody else operates this bad.

Drive thru line is near disrespectfully slow one person and they have ask me to wait with one person held ahead the 2nd window and me ask to “pull into the second spot” which doesn’t exist there isn’t anyone behind us they just pull us forward for service speed to their higher ups. It’s just not fast food anymore and probably not enough staffing.

Every time I come through here the only thing that I can ever eat of my meal is the sandwich. The chicken is always cold and old and so are the fries. Employees need to be taught the proper hold time for food and to stop serving paying customers old food. I’m tired of wasting my money on place that doesn’t care about the community it serves.
All sandwiches were made wrong. After a 15 min drive back home, couldn’t get a single person to answer the phone. Drove all the way back and couldn’t even get a refund. Management sucks!

I am not sure what has changed in the last few months, but it has not been for the better. Cold patties that resulted in food sickness, uncooked bacon on burgers, and old fries is all I really expect anymore. I used to eat here for lunch 2-3 times a week but just cant anymore. I understand they are probably very busy during the lunch rush, and probably understaffed, but these are issues with management. If a Wendy's cannot get even their bacon and burgers cooked correct, what else is happening behind the scenes that we do not see?
