I made my first Bowman & Landes turkey today and it far exceeded my expectations! I prepared it with a dry brine for 24 hours and then roasted and it was so tender and flavorful. I usually make a great turkey, but this is by far the most moist turkey. We'll definitely be purchasing next year!
