This was my first visit here, I went with my brother who is a regular customer. They have a hugh selection of items, I got a few slices of roast beef from the deli (it was a little too salty for my taste) and a pack of frozen turkey burgers, they were okay. For me, I don't think I will go the extra distance to shop there however, I just may go with my brother and maybe try something I like better.

Great store but... when you buy a pound of bacon tell them that you don't want the fat. I bought 2 pounds of bacon and approx one pound was meaty the other was almost all fat with a sliver of meat. Come on Bowman & Landes you can do better.

I always buy my Thanksgiving turkey here but last week I also got the Dorothy Lane Market heavenly ham for Easter. It was awesome! My 19 yo grandson tasted the gravy and called it “liquid gold”! I love this store for all of its food offerings. They have a wide selection of meats - pork, beef and of course, turkey! And the variety of different “gourmet” items you can’t get anywhere else - my granddaughter chose a jar of pickled Brussels sprouts that was a loved by everyone. Now it will be a yearly addition to our Easter spread. The staff are the nicest people you could meet - so welcoming, very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was surprised at the other items they carry. I was expecting a regular deli with the emphasis on turkey products. What I found was a full deli, meat market, and a large selection of condiments, snacks, seasonings, noodles and more!
