I was quite impressed that they were able to make old fashioned white icing (using almond extract) I am 63 yrs old and was ordering a cake for an 85 year old friend of mine. We were just wishing they made bakery cakes like they used to...They said YES! Not only was the cake wonderfully moist & delicious but the ICING was even better than either of us could recall! There was a very nice selection of cookies and cakes to carry out! I bought myself a cotton candy cupcake for breakfast! What an awesome start to a Blessed Day

Cake creations for the score again! 24 hours before my sons birthday party I realized I hadn't gotten arrangements done for a cake yet. Well I called cake creations and in less than 24 hours these wonderful people put out the cake my son absolutely loved. Cake is always yummy service is always fabulous and timing was impeccable. Grateful!

An absolutely adorable bakery!! Their Strawberry Cream cupcake was so amazing and their Cranberry Oatmeal cookies were so so good!!
It is my opinion that when someone is looking to celebrate a once in a lifetime event, they should support an establishment that will set with you and show you just exactly what you are going to get for your money. I did not get what I was expecting nor did it compare to what I have gotten elsewhere. I asked for a white cake with white icing." Like a wedding cake" I said. The cupcakes( 24 also on the order) tasted fine, but guests stated that the cake was heavy with almond flavor. The cupcakes were not. Cake Creations said it was the same batter for the cake as well as the cupcakes . Clearly, they tasted differently. I have seen, bought, and eaten white cakes with WHITE buttercream icing many times in my life and this is the very first time the white buttercream icing was yellow. When asked (per phone conversation) why didn't you say it wasn't what you wanted when you came to pick up? " I answered "my daughter(was with me) paid for it because she wanted to support a small business instead of a big box store or chain" "I was not about to break her heart" and mind you, this was one hour before close on Saturday. Our celebration was the next day. They are closed on Sunday. And it was paid for long before it was made. I am 100% certain that my daughter's money would not be returned. And there was no time to remake the cake even if they cared. I don't expect to have a 75th celebration, but if I do, my cake will come from a supermarket where they have a customer satisfaction policy. On the phone, I could hear the baker saying "you go ahead and give a review I don't care" it was made very clear to me that I (the customer) was wrong... end of discussion.
