I went to pump gas and the pump charged me $150 plus I was only allowed $12 in gas. I went in to the store to demand why. They said it was a holding charge for using a debit card. The card is a prepaid one, that my money would be returned in 5-10 minutes. I still didn't have it back on my card 50 minutes later. I couldn't get enough gas to get me home. There are no signs indicating this was happening. I tried calling the store back and they hung up on me. Beware, Beware of this company, not an honest company. I am hoping for the best that I get my $150 back. I am not from the area so I can't get back in their face, all I can do is warn others, not to buy from this company unless you have cash on yóu. The person on the phone lied about not having a manager at the store because my daughter who trained in management says the store always has to have a manager on the grounds to handle situations like this. I will never buy from Casey's ever again.

Nasty place looks like it's been there for 30 years. Don't think restrooms have ever been cleaned.Rude cashier, no hello or have a nice day. Took my money like I had a disease. Boxes of stock everywhere. Just a big cluster f**k. This place is not that old to be as getto and trifling as it is.

6/23/23 Stopped in to get Coffee and the Chilled French Vanllia creamer was out. I asked the the young lady working the counter if there was any in the cooler at first she acted as if I was bothering her with the question then she said no(without physical checking) I asked her if she mind checking for sure, that's when she said it doesn't matter because she doesn't know to change it anyway.Casey workers are usually more pleasant than this It kinda hit me different.Hopefully she gets trained better.

Not sure why I'm not going with one star but anyway. Been at this one a few times. The store is dirty at times and the men's bathroom will about make you puke with the smell and it isn't clean at all. I'm thinking of contacting with a comment to Casey's about this location. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like and their food quality. I don't like leaving bad reviews but it wasn't avoidable this time.
Do not come here to get diesel avoid this gas station long line

I was trying to refuel with diesel.And an error occurred with my transaction, returning back inside, I asked the cashier named Caylee to restart a pump and she told me that I must to wait in line again. I spent about 30 minutes on this visit without restroom. Terrible service and one cashier works with a large flow of customers.
