Cassano's The Pizza King

Ordered from north main store for delivery to Kettering health Dayton and the driver called to see where to deliver it when I put those directions online when I order and they always take it to the wrong entrance so I said it 3 times he got very rude and hung up on me. I love the pizza very good but don’t do delivery from that location they are rude to their customers will never order from there again due to the employees not the food.

Typical neighbor Place to meet and greet sharing one's food choices..Our family chose this place to share the late 2024 Xmas .Everyone was satisfied .Out of towners enjoyed the extra space for the young kids could move about .Before returning home ..

Call center lady was rude but they called today and apologized and gave me a credit

Thin crust pizza was good a little salty for me. Reasonably priced.

No other pizza tastes the same. The only place I eat when I visit 937.

Tried to order pizza and was unable to get! Called at 4:00pm and again at 5:30 pm for delivery and was told it would take about another hour and that there was no order placed!

Cassanos is absolutely the best pizza around. That salty crust is cooked just right. The Italian sausage is delicious. I am glad that I get to go to Dayton regularly in the fall so that I can pick one up.

Ordered my pizza at 5:20 with an estimated 40-60 min wait time. At 6:45 i called and asked when it would be here and was told it hadn’t even left the store yet. Meaning by the time I get my order it would be over 2 hours. I’ve never had an issue with this cassanos but this really frustrates me.

Poor customer service after they sent me away with the wrong item. Said they would send out a new pizza that was correct at which point 55 minutes later they said I had to give back part of the wrong pizza that my kids had eaten since I wasn’t told I had to give it back. Delivered to my driveway at which point I was informed I needed to buy it since we ate the cheese pizza and not the three topping pizza that I wanted. I obviously said I want purchasing another pizza. Had I known that this was the policy, I would not have eaten any of it, but was just told “a pizza will be delivered to you to replace that one.” Absolutely abysmal customer service and “policy” that squandered resources for drivers, pizza makers, ingredients, boxes, gas, electricity and such and still have a customer leaving completely dissatisfied. Waste of so many things. I wasn’t trying to scam, I was just trying to show my family my favorite (now completely never coming back) pizza spot and didn’t even get to eat what I wanted. Could have easily said “I’m sorry we messed up. Here is a pizza that you were supposed to eat and glad your hungry family could eat while we remedied our mistake.” Not what things used to be or we just lucked out over the past 35 years. We aren’t scammers, we are just trying to eat when we are hungry.
