Got a frappe today and it was pretty much all ice. It wasn't blended really at all so when I was drinking it ice chips would also be in at so then id have to chomp em down to actually drink the drink 😞 the only saving grace was the people working were friendly.

No one is upfront to greet you. We had to wait over 20 min for our order. Two meals and a Happy Meal. No one apologized for the wait. I had to stand at the counter looking back at the prep area to even get someone to look in our direction.

I've never seen a mcds team made up of only people with special needs, but it's such a cool concept! I do wish there was someone there making sure the orders are correct though. I haven't had my order correct from that location in over a year. Just be prepared to be more patient because this location is kind enough to give those with special needs a job.

First and foremost, out of the 7 months I’ve moved to this area, and made a few pit stops to this location and have had. Nothing but crappy service the whole time, I am finally saying something. Because this is ignorant. Do y'all hate your jobs or you’ll just throw food carelessly into customers bags like this? And don’t get the sauce I asked for? Hire people that actually want to work and not treat peoples belongings like crap. Management and higher superiority are to blame, because most of these workers are teenagers with no guidance. DO BETTER. Thanks.

I live in New Carlisle but never tried the new McDonalds until today. It will be the last time. My Quarter Pounder tasted like a salt shaker, the pickles were in one pile under the bun and the bun was not fresh at all. Terrible!!! Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star is the waitress was super nice.

My food was made wrong when I went through the drive thru, there was a line so instead of waiting in line for the second time and letting my families food get cold I run inside to fix the issue. It was well over 5 min before anyone came to the front counter to help . And that was after multiple people had looks at me and passed me that worked there. One girl LEAVING THE JOB had went back in and told someone there was someone at front counter and asked them to go help me. And still no one did. When I finally got helped I told them what was wrong with the food and what I was missing and he says okay I’ll get that fixed. When they bring me back the food it is STILL WRONG, except even more wrong the second time than it was the first. And the fries they gave were ice cold . No one apologized for the food being wrong, the long wait times, being rude. Nothing.
