Best roast beef around! Arby's does not even compare this Rax.

Normally great food and service. This time they are having staffing shortages, ordered two bbc combos. The worker taking the order was rude, cut me off half sentence. I get up to the window she basically throws my food at me. The food meat was ice cold, fries old and greasy. Shame what's happened to this once fine establishment. I wont be returning 27 dollars is not cheap for garbage food and service.

My first time eating Rax in 40 years. My favorite restaurant when i was 5 years old. At one time there were over 500 rax location no there are 6 in Ohio, Illinois and Kentucky. For those m ot in the know Rax is like an armies only better. I didbhave to knock off one star b because the dine in is closed and I is now drive-through only.

It's a shame, the place looks like it went out of business a few months ago, nothing worse than a restaurant that can't keep enough workers to keep the lobby open, I hate drive through, however the food was decent, rax was always a great place and there are so few left it's really a shame to mismanage it to death, it's currently on life support.

I love their sandwiches. Sadly, the building is in disrepair. However, don't let that scare you away. The food is excellent!!!

Still decent since It's changed over from Ranchers. But I still prefer the old Ranchers, due to the Breakfast and way better Ranchers sauce. Absolutely gets BBQ sauce on My Roast Beef, And also had a lot more options. But the new Rax is still dec.but If there was a Arby's around closer, I would take Arby's over the Rax. Seems to be a little pricey for the amount of food You get. And You still can't even dine inside. Which is ridiculous. How They stay open is beyond Me. What a shame.
The lady that took our order didn't give us the third drink, we tried to get her attention and she didn't see us so we shrugged it off. Well after our food, we went to get the desserts we ordered and neither of them were in there. No big deal, we went back & informed the gentleman in the window the issue, and since we were back we mentioned the drink. The guy was real nice, and understanding. But after shutting the window the lady from before walked into view we heard her loudly telling her coworker that we were liars and she gave us the items- it was simply not true & we weren't even mad or mean about it.

I stopped by Rax in Park Layne/New Carlisle yesterday (thanks to a review of the restaurant on Tik Tok) and was blown away by their beef and cheddar sandwich. It's better than any beef and cheddar I've had at any Arby's. Everything taste so fresh and delicious. The onion bun is warm and soft, and the sandwich is full of flavor. I can't wait to stop by again. I've been thinking about that beef and cheddar at Rax all day! 10/10

The location I went to was drive-thru only. That's the reason for the low atmosphere score. The sandwich I ordered was a little smashed. It tasted just like I remember from my youth. The service was fast and friendly.

Walked in and informed they had no product. Employees cussing and the restaurant was filthy. Drove an hour and a half, and it was a total waste of time. Just close... the menu looked like my 5 year old grandson cut it out and pasted it up on the wall..
