The food was undercooked, not fresh, condiment packages were dirty! Burger had blood coming out of it which made the bun real soggy! The BLT had only 3 pieces of crumbled bacon. Asked for know mayonnaise and they put mayo on it which ruined the whole sandwich!! The atmosphere was an old building which is fine. The service wasn’t too bad, but when leaving the building the worker had a smart remark to say(Which is not cool of her to do because it could have escalated the whole situationl)! It was $50 down the drain, not 1 of got full or ate the food! I could cry, but On my way TO BURGER KING!

I just had breakfast here with my adult son. The food was delicious and the coffee was the best I ever had. The staff are so friendly.

Great place to grab some food whether you are from around the area or not.

Found a rotten chicken thigh on my plate. Instant nausea. Wasn't charged. Won't be back. Now the thought of chicken makes me sick.

Great little diner! Hubby had a club sandwich and I had loaded potato skins. Never had skins quite this way but they were good. Hubby's sandwich should have had one more slice of toast but it was still good. Hubby lived here in the mid to late 70's when this restaurant was called Castles and he and his mom used to come here for meals. He enjoyed being able to eat here again.

The service at this restaurant was excellent friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the service. My chicken strips were overly greasy and lacked flavor. The prices also felt high for something as simple as chicken strips. Overall, great service but disappointing food quality and value.

Casual dining in country like homey atmosphere; pleasant workers; varied menu and daily specials at fair prices. Tables and booths and lunch counter too. We had chicken wrap which was delicious and wife had pancakes! Oh yes, breakfast served all day! What's not to like about that; we'll be back :)

I used to work here, many things went wrong. I only worked here for a couple of weeks. First red flag, everyone smokes and half the time they don’t wash their hands. Many things are packaged and not fresh. Second, people who think they are a manager. The general manager is awesome. But her “partner” aka the baker. Who always thinks she’s in charge. Due to her partner being the general manager. The general managers partner straight up screamed at me for coming in WAY too early. And she didn’t even look at the schedule. Since when do people who are not managers scream and tell others what’s right. I did nothing wrong, and I was always loyal to this company since day 1. I can see why no one wants to work here. I just walked out and left.

Food served cold. Tried to rewarm . Still cold.. did not seem to be concerned. Paid the full bill and left. Probably won't see us again. Sad
