Under new ownership. Great customer service and did a great job. I did not catch their names but it was a gentlemen and a lady working on 6/17/2025. Food was great and even listened to exactly what my picky kids wanted on their subs lol. 5*

Where do I start. First off, the store was sold, and the new owners had the employees train his family members then fired them so his family could fill positions. Crap right. Really nothing else needs said since food at unsafe temps and always not up to par in anyway. I recommend you go anywhere else in New Carlisle and enjoy a dinner cause it won't happen here.

the new owner fired all existing employees after promising not to fire them. ghosted them for a long time. previous owners never had fridge to temp and food would always be at unsafe temps. didn’t like to fix anything and took forever to lay employees and were rude to customers

This location is always missing stuff, but subway as a whole the quality just gets worse and the price goes up. I will say the employees are always friendly but seem always short staffed. Subway won't be around too much longer unless they make serious changes. This is my last time there

No cucumbers, no steak, no fountain pop and my order took about an extra 20 minutes to make on top of the 20 I had already waited when ordering on the app. My sub had me feeling bad to the point of throwing up a few hours later. This place has gone pretty down hill lately. Go to firehouse or jimmy john's instead.

So me and my fiancĂ© went in to get a tuna stub and a meatball sub and the was no Cucumbers. So i decided to try to gt a salad instead and I was informed there was no lids for my salad dressing when I asked why was there no Cucumbers or lids and I was told management said the cucumbers where a seasonal item. I was very much confused. After 20 mins of trying to figure out what me or my fiancĂ© wanted to eat we decided not to gt anything and jst gt something to drink but we couldn’t gt tht either because the machine is not working . It jst seems like the store is falling apart and it’s very irritating. There was only one worker in the store when we went and she tried her best to help but we where so unpleased because this isn’t the first time we have come into the store to gt food and they didn’t have the item or items we wanted. The only reason we do go back of for Leah because she friendly and tells us we should hve the items next time but then we go back and they don’t . There never a manager there to give our complaint to so we ask Leah to pass them along but it seem like noting it changing. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN. Leah thank you for all you but bt until this store can gt it together no thank you.

Usually the service is good and so is the food, but recently their hours have been all over the place. I got there at 6:55pm today and they saw me pull up and locked the door as they let out the only customer in the building. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Given that when I can get service the food is good and the employees are nice I’d be willing to improve my rating if they can get consistent hours instead of wasting my time. They seem to close 15 to 45 minutes early often. I went to Popeyes and got great service and they were open during their set hours :)

I know I'm being petty for bringing up something that happened 12 years ago but this place is why I don't black olives to make this short I chipped a tooth on one of them can still tell to this day where it happened olive was hard as a rock

I didn’t realize this facility shut down to clean while they were supposed to be open for business. Is this a normal occurrence for this location to make customers wait to come in and order while they were “cleaning”?
