Struggled with the machine that didn't seem to work right and I can't remember her name but came up and took my order as frustrated as I was she was extremely polite and asked what she could do to help I apologized for being upset at the machine to place the order and she was extremely professional and helped me then at the end another worker was also friendly and helpful to guide me to the survey site truly was a great experience today and thankful for all the help including the good food I got too also thank you all for the help and including the people that made the meal too

My order was incorrect and upon showing my receipt the sticker on the box was pointed to saying that's not what it says. Which, I'm fully aware the sticker is incorrect, but I'm showing you my receipt to show you the sticker is wrong. I believe you the sticker is incorrect, but I'm showing my paid for receipt. Receipt trumps the sticker, there was no reason at all to contribute to explain what the sticker states. So you had to say was this is what it looks like on my end, I see it said otherwise on your end I'm sorry about that. It's clearly neither of our faults, but taco bell needs to honor the receipt even if it's supposed to say no cheese when you order fresco. The receipt clearly says + cheese + fresco + sour cream not -. There is no reason to act like the customer is in the wrong by repeating 3x what the sticker says and blatantly ignoring the receipt says otherwise when it's clearly the systems fault. It isn't personal, just say sorry our system is saying two different things on my end and yours, but we will honor your receipt. I've been in customer service for years, the attitude was unnecessary.
This taco bell also does not give back to the community which is disappointing.

We ordered 2 soft taco supremes -lettuce, 2 cheese roll ups with light beef and 2 hard tacos. We received 2 soft tacos with light beef and very light cheese, 2 cheese roll ups with light cheese and extra beef and the hard tacos were the only thing that was right. We've been there 3 times and only got the right order once. By far the worst Taco Bell in the area.
Walked in to the open dining room and got told to leave because the dining room was closed. Then lock the door? Nah, they just wanna be lazy. 0/10

I ordered 5 tacos last night and tonight with Pico De Gallo instead of cheese. Theres not enough for even half the taco I just opened. I even asked that they put some on tonight it still sucks. It is only on half. I also ordered 2 burritos haven't checked them yet. Will call corporate tomorrow and load pictures after I check my burritos.
