Lg. Pepperoni Pizza. I would of done better buying a store brand, because that's what it looked like. It was cold flat and unflavored. Pepperonis were flat no sign of grease. Tasted like a leftover they tried to heat up. Will not be back for awhile.

It takes over an hour every time we have ordered from here for delivery. pay for the overpriced basically cold food that tastes terrible, I'll go across the street to Wally's Everytime now.

Subs ad pepperoni rolls are very good, pizza crust is very crispy (if that's what you like) which is not what I prefer in a pizza crust.

I’m just gonna say man!! The pizza and subs have been better than anywhere else around and absolutely perfect! Like if you went in and made your own pizza. You would make it perfect right. It’s like that!! Extra cheese means EXTRA!! And when I ask for a burnt sub they actually burn it for me!! Five stars all the way around. I order at prime time dinner time. And they never waste my evening waiting! Fast hot and delicious thanks Crenos!!

My husband called to order subs.the guy who answered was too busy talking to friends he wasn't even listening to what was being said.he was told what apartment and it went to a different apartment. We told the driver and he just laughed. So disappointed.
Normally we have great service from this location however this time we called in for delivery and instead of being asked for our phone number as usual, we were asked our address. We have never had any issue having this location deliver to us, however this time we were told our location could not be delivered to. The person who answered the phone questioned the manager as well and the manager said delivery could not be done. We're not sure of the issue, but we would rather meet Creno's East at a closer location, than have to drive into New Concord. Food at this location is always great, however we are very displeased with this encounter.
