Every single time that we go to the dairy Duchess, they’ve let me know that they turn off the grill at 7:45pm.
I rush here tonight to get my son (who just had surgery) a sandwich that he really wanted only for them to tell me that tonight they decided to shut it off at 7:35pm. (the exact time that i arrived).
I asked if they were sure because they always tell me 745pm. I even asked super nicely and she said the manager said no more orders **as they were literally pulling a chicken filet from the fryer in front of me.
Sounds like a silly thing, but it meant a lot to my son. I was planning to get my other kids shakes and our bill is never less than $20. And we always tip well.
Super disappointed in a local business tonight.

Went to walk up. Ordered a hot fudge milkshake with extra fudge. It was soothing, however did not taste very chocolaty, was disappointed.

I really enjoyed the shredded chicken, it was delicious. It melted in my mouth! The sweet potato fries were amazing too. Quick service and the staff was so friendly. Great atmosphere

I waited in line for 30 minutes and none of cars moved forward. No orders were being taken. No one came out to tell us why. I guess this is what you get with a bunch of college and high school kids run the place. They take care of window and friends. This place is not worth my time ever again.

the only thing is other customers need to be patient bc not everyone is just there for a cone .they do serve other food there to which is great and they have new workers in training.its not mcdonalds which is usually a long wait itself.patients people plz
I mean what do I say- it's our local ice cream shop and we love it!! It's got all you would expect - the shredded chicken sandwiches, chicken strips are GOOD ones, fried pickles, their version of a Blizzard, slushes for the non dairy need, cheeseburgers, etc. Love my caramel sundae with the warm caramel sauce!?
