Our salads were disappointing to say the least. Four slices of pepperoni and some cheese with some greens but tge picture for a $12 salad had lots of meats and other veggies in this deep bowl but it was barely fork deep.

Cassanos continues to disappoint, furthering is descent into complete and utter dismal experience! I’m from the new Lebanon area for over 25 years and the new Lebanon location is at an all time low! Employee mopped over my and shoes with mop water and then preceded to throw curse words my way for being in his so called way! Im a customer no less, minding my own business waiting for my food! Terrible

Cassano's has the best pizza in the Dayton area!! Subs are delicious as well!! I always have deliveries and the drivers are here on or before the time I was told. The food is always hot when it comes. Everyone is kind and courteous from the call center to the restaurant to the drivers!! I order from the New Lebanon Cassanos.

First and last time ill come here. Ordered a spm medium pizza. Toppings look cheap at best and on a budget so minimal. Crust is as thin as a tortilla (shoulda chose mexican anyway). Pizza was cut into bite size squares so thanks i guess. But the seats at the tables (only one other customer in the place) hadnt been wiped down in a bit. The employees are actively arguing and cursing (eff word derby) in the back and i can hear every word from the front.

Horrible service. Talked to some chick with really bad eyebrows and an even worse attitude named Kaitlin. If that’s who they use as a manager Id pass on ever giving this place your money. They seriously need to rethink employees.

Ordered a pizza to dine in. After waiting over 30 minutes, I walked up to the counter but no one bothered to come to the counter. I could see pizzas in the oven so I thought maybe mine was coming. Sat back down for another 30 minutes and still no pizza. I finally get someone to come to the counter and they start looking for my pizza. Apparently instead of bringing the pizza to the dining area they just put it in the “box oven” for 40 minutes. The proof in your taste falls flat when your service is so bad.
