Besides the tables looking filthy I ordered a sweet onion chicken sub the same way I've ordered it for the past 10 years shredded cheese lettuce tomato ranch and garlic aoli and instead my sub was SMOTHERED in marinara for some reason I did not order marinara much less a pound of it I will definitely not be visiting this establishment ever again this was by far my worst experience with subway for sure.
Courtney & Shawnda do a GREAT job and have terrific customer service skills (and make the best cookies-but get there right after opening for soft, warm ones!)! ?
Parking: Part of a strip mall with medical & dental offices next door, so be prepared.
Wheelchair accessibility: Possible difficulty getting-have seen one customer do it w/o hassle. Easy to rearrange chairs once inside.

The ladies who work here during the morning and day always do a fantastic job. Unfortunately, the evening crew is just awful
Online orders should never trump the people that are waiting in line physically in the store. The line was almost out the door and all 3 workers were making orders for people who were not even there to pick them up !
I ordered a salad. The girl couldn’t even cut up my vegetables (what happened to the chopped salad). When I paid I asked for a fork and knife. They only have forks. Go figure. I noticed the floors were very dirty. Before leaving I used the bathroom. It was filthy. The first thing you see when you open the door is the black under the rim of the toilet. The floor was disgusting. If I had seen this first I would never have eaten here. Just another place ran by young kids who only care about their friends who are there hanging out with them. I wouldn’t recommend this Subway to anyone. Our local Subway is spotless.

I wanted to give out 5 stars because it's not the employees or the food that is the problem. It's the manager. She picks and chooses who gets what at her location. If she don't like you, she will cut your hours, talk about you (and the minors she has working there). She goes against hipaa law and discloses other people's business to the other employee's at her location. If you are sick and even with covid, she will talk about you and tell people your lying. She will wait till that person is better and cut their hours to punish them for being sick. She makes group text and will take out the person she talks bad about so they can't see it but they see them anyway bc someone always shows them to someone. She tells people she is doing things intentionally so she can either fire that person or make it so hard on them they quit. I know this for a fact bc she's doing it to my someone I personally know and because this person has disabilities with her asthma and she caught covid and is having a hard time recovering, Dannie the manager is trying to punish her and trying to get her fired.Funny how this same managers son works there and is not the friendliest and the first time I was in there when he was, they were busy and he even tried to talk me into going elsewhere to eat. He moved really slow and did not even care he was costing them money. But he gets all the hours he wants before anyone else does. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think it's right to be a manager and have your family working below you and you showing favoritism to that family member.This same manager is not able to be contacted if she don't like you. She gave her employee's her personal number to contact her over any issues they may have, but she will not answer her phone to a particular person because she does not like this person. So this person goes with unanswered questions a lot. This manager is so very unpleasant and unprofessional. This will be heading to corporate but I wanted to leave my opinion and make sure if she's doing this to anyone else, we put a stop to it by taking it up the ladder and letting her boss know.Doing this to someone is absolutely unprofessional but to keep doing it to a person with disabilities might bite you in the butt. It's called "The disability act" if this manager doesn't know anything about that, well I suggest they start reading up on it.

I have had a reoccurring issue with the New Lebanon Subway. Three times in a row, I have ordered ahead of time, and all 3 times they have not had my order ready when the app says that it’s ready. This last time, I waited 15 minutes after the App said the order was ready before my sandwich was even made, for a total of 30 minutes after I placed my order. I would not suggest this location.
