The pizza is ok. Salad's pretty good. I could've done without having to get around the 5 people blocking the sidewalk talking smack about somebody next to the door to pick up my order.

When I called, I was immediately put on hold. No one said anything to me after 5 minutes. I was asked if I could still hold after five more minutes.I hung up after not talking to anyone.Poor customer service.

An extra large pizza and a medium pizza was 50$. Figure for that much it would at least be warm and have flavor. Not ordering from here any more

Totaled my car during the snow storm and this place really pulled through on the delivery. Thanks for keeping me and my littles fed ♡ the personal pan pizzas are perfect for kids and the the breadsticks were a huge favorite.

We have ordered here several times and had this delivered the 14 miles to our house. Placed our order and received a phone call 25 minutes later saying we would have to go out of n the cold and meet them literally less a mile down the road from my house! Still charged for delivery and forgot items with the order. Did not offer to bring the item back instead gave us a credit. Spoke to the manager named Kelly , who had absolutely no clue what she was doing.

Manager told me and my moms boyfreind that they'll try to deliver in the mount perry area we'll her mom's boyfreind told them give a big tip so they were coming out here for awhile then the 6th time was wanting pizza and the lady was telling my mom's boyfriend that they don't come this way like that's just messes up the manager says one thing and then something else the next.

Sometimes our order takes longer than expected wait times and sometimes they forget to put the order in!
This place is a joke. This is the last order for me. Ive had problems in the past but this put me over the edge. The kid took a half hour after the first call to deliver my pizza. He got lost...some how he got lost in New Lex?? Had to call three times to find my place in town. Then it looks like my pizza was thrown or dropped and the salad wasn't half full. I paid $45 for this garbage I called and complained and nothing from a manager. I hope the owner sees these. I love crenos as a whole but this location is awful!!
