When I called, I was immediately put on hold. No one said anything to me after 5 minutes. I was asked if I could still hold after five more minutes.I hung up after not talking to anyone.Poor customer service.

Manager told me and my moms boyfreind that they'll try to deliver in the mount perry area we'll her mom's boyfreind told them give a big tip so they were coming out here for awhile then the 6th time was wanting pizza and the lady was telling my mom's boyfriend that they don't come this way like that's just messes up the manager says one thing and then something else the next.

This place is a joke. This is the last order for me. Ive had problems in the past but this put me over the edge. The kid took a half hour after the first call to deliver my pizza. He got lost...some how he got lost in New Lex?? Had to call three times to find my place in town. Then it looks like my pizza was thrown or dropped and the salad wasn't half full. I paid $45 for this garbage I called and complained and nothing from a manager. I hope the owner sees these. I love crenos as a whole but this location is awful!!

Got a salad said no green peppers and ended up with peppers ask if they had 2 leaders she said yes and named off what they had and I said I want Pepsi and delivery driver gets here and no Pepsi and not on the receipt my vehicle something is wrong with it so can't go get something to drink or I mite break down other wise I wouldnt care

Ordered the largest cauliflower crust pizza w sausage, onion, banana peppers, mushrooms. You didn't get a single piece that had all the toppings. Less then a handful of sausage thrown in the middle of the pizza. On the box they have a free 2 liter offer but I was charged $3 for the wrong one to be delivered. Waited for 1hr and 17 min for it to be delivered. The crust is not made well. Some parts so crispy you couldn't break it. Couldn't even give an estimate for delivery when order placed....person who took the order was friendly but had to redo order a few times.
