The wife loves their breadsticks for some reason. I prefer a good pan pizza, but not from this one. I went to pick up my order as I don't trust people. Especially, around my food (I've worked in the kitchen). I walk in and a bunch of people at the register. I figured, while I'm waiting, I will use the facilities. I was met by an employee, from the kitchen, at the door (him coming out as I was wanting to go in). He was polite in speaking, but not in hygiene. How do I know? The toilet doesn't flush, no soap, no towels, but the water turns on 👍. Do better New Lex!

Walked into Pizza Hut and sat there for over 15 minutes without a single acknowledgment. When we arrived, there was a large phone order being taken, totally fine , but not even a “we’ll be right with you.” Instead, employees were standing around chatting while we were completely ignored. As we were walking out, a hostess finally said “sorry,” which honestly felt a little too late. I left only commenting on how ridiculous the whole situation was. I get being busy — I don’t get ignoring customers who are literally sitting in front of you. Disappointing experience and definitely not the service you expect when you just want pizza, not a lesson in patience.

Pizza was ok the staff was a little loud sounded like dish’s/ pans being thrown around. If you want a cold beer with your pizza this place is not for you they don’t sell beer.

Not ordering from this store anymore. They don’t hire drivers, only use DoorDash and if you order online a tip ahead the dashers do NOT get their tips. The store keeps them. PAY IN CASH AND TIP YOUR DRIVERS YOURSELF!!!!!

I placed a delivery order through their app and it would not accept anything but cash payment. So I contacted the store and they allowed me to pay it by credit card on the spot. When the door Dasher arrived at my door he was trying to collect the full amount of the order. Apparently Pizza Hut did not mark my order as paid in full. After calling Pizza Hut the issue ended with them getting the pizza back and me asking for a full refund. Do not order from here!!! I still have not received a refund!

Local friends beware:
We were bummed when drove 20 minutes one way to bring home an empty pizza box that was supposed to be my young daughter's cheese pizza. New Lexington, Ohio Pizza Hut manager also refused to refund us our money and hung up the phone on us.
Disclaimer: we did have other pizza boxes. The invisible cheese pizza box was in the middle of the other boxes.
