There is good Waite staff, and there is poor Waite staff in every establishment, unfortunately, we got the latter. Arrived, sat down and watched one of the girls waiting on three tables, hustling, moving right along and helping all that she could. Another stood back by the cooler, looking around chatting, looked at our table 3 times yet no service. After another group came in after us and was waiting on, we got up and left. On the way out, the girl standing around stopped us and said oh I was just on the way back to serve you. I said we sat there and watched others being served while you did nothing, I said I’m leaving and won’t be back. She then shouted, we don’t need you anyway. Terrible way to treat your customers. Take a chance you may have better luck than we did, but I can’t guarantee it.

Still my favorite pizza place ever since I’ve moved to new lex in 2012! Food is always good and service is top tier! Anytime I go back to new lex to visit I make sure to get some! I rave about it to anyone not from new lex and they always say they need to try it!

The food was ok I ordered there so called steak I asked to have it medium rare when I got it .it was over well done and I could probably start a fire with it the food my family ordered was not very good at all for the price I paid .I feel the food is over priced and is poor quality I will not be dinning there any more and I do not recommend

I wish they were closer. We'd be here weekly if that were the case. Probably one of my new favorite pizza places. We definitely will be back more. Highly recommend.
