I never write reviews but this Taco Bell and their employees deserve it! First off, they have never gotten a single order of ours wrong all the way down to the sauce packets and my wife does modifications with almost every order. Secondly, the staff both day and night shifts are extremely respectful, kind and professional! The food is always fresh and delicious, well portioned and packaged perfectly!
This taco bell was on the ball - the soft tacos i got were some of the best I've had to date. Staff was pleasant and I drove away feeling good.

Sad when you pay for items that you didn't get, nachos and chips but got no chips. This Taco Bell sucks! This happens every time we go to the New Lexington location.

Don’t do business with mas restaurant group LLC. It’s not the stores themselves. It’s the franchise that bought them out. Terrible company. I used to run These stores with the original owners. Now they don’t take rehires. Service is always bad. Food is always worse. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched an excited/smiley manager turn into an unimpressed and annoyed one when they realize they can’t hire me. Anyone can be unbanned from working for Taco Bell. The corporation says you can come back in 6 months. Not this franchise. Often times I’ve watched employees from various stores fight with the area director and threaten to sue them for the way they handled business with their employees. The same one that banned me when I left the company years ago. The one who got demoted and forced to be the gm of Logan. Until they change or change companies. Don’t even bother with them they will just continue hiring junkies and felons who don’t actually care about the work.

They never have stock, always out of something from food to sauces... Food is not made correctly, and often sloppy put together... Granted tacos are messy they just make it more difficult to handle due to lack of care & just wanting you in & out as quickly as possible... Yes it's fast food but come on there should be standards.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I Found A lIVE COACKROACH IN MY FOOD!! If you find one there is many more. I bought a big order and had to throw it all away. This is just a reminder for me to cook at home. In this day and age people are not clean and don't give a care about how food is prepared.. standards are very low. Some of you will still go and eat here because convenients has trumped cleaness.... But as for Me I will be cooking at home.

Customer Service was Horrible. The employees seemed angry for having to do there job. Some cursing between employees. Besides that very slow getting our food and wow the portions you get are ridiculously small for the price. The local Mexican Restaurant prices are comparable and you get way bigger portions for the price and faster service.
