Don’t waste your time. I’ve gone to this location seldom over MANY years, and I say seldom because I don’t think once in the 10+ years I’ve gone to this location they have ever got my order correct. EVER. I only go when someone I’m with wants it. the drive thru is pretty much a guaranteed 30 minute wait. Decided to order on the mobile app today, order still wrong. So whether they’re not listening at the speaker or not reading the order or just don’t care, don’t waste your time!

Counter employee rude - just walks away after asking about order - employees in back were all arguing - ran out of gravy (no customers in drive through or inside - they were all at the bigger competition next door - I understand why now). This was in New Lexington, OH - Carroll Street.

NO STARS. Just went through the drive thru with multiple coupons for Free Frostys, & 2 discounted Kids Meals. I was charged for 3 kids meals instead of 2, when I asked for 2 Kids meals and a Junior Bacon Burger by itself. All 3 of the kids meals Fries were SUPER Salty, Black & Hard, the Burgers were Rock Hard, the Burger Orders were Wrong, no Lettuce or Tomato, no Bacon on the one. And the Salad Ordered did NOT have the Blue Cheese Crumbles even though it was expressed 4 times that YES it was wanted, and the lettuce was Slimy. We were made to pull forward to wait on this Order. We were in a rush with groceries and did not check the order prior to leaving as we THOUGHT with the time Spent waiting on the order that they would’ve ENSURED it was Correct. It should’ve been Hot, Fresh, & CORRECT. THEN when I called to speak to the Manager, the phone was picked up & no one Answered. I was hung up on. THEN when I called back I kept saying Hello, to hear a Young Teen Male say, “They said hello” and then I was hung up on again. I called back a 3rd time and was immediately hung up on. And when I go to the Wendy’s website, nowhere can you file complaints. So, that will be the LAST TIME we purchase food at your shitty establishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE or McDick’s Across the Street! BOTH are Horribly Run with incompetent Employees who cannot be bothered to Ensure people’s Meals are Accurate nor Fresh. As a Former AM for 2 Restaurants, this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds. I have given this location the benefit of a doubt so many times, only to be disappointed again and again. Service is usually terrible, the wait is long, the food is never fresh, and they apparently do not care enough to do anything about it. I don't know how this place is still in business. They either need a new manager or a new owner. There is a stark contrast between the food, service and cleanliness of the Wendys and the McDonalds located right next door. It's a shame because I prefer Wendys. There aren't very many fast food options in our area, if they turned things around I'm sure they'd get more business. Oh well.

Terribly long wait every time you go through. Food is a gambling game on whether or not it’s any good. People aren’t very nice and barley even coherent honestly. Place needs a health inspection and a restarting asap..

Every single time that I come to this location, they are very and I mean very slow. For no reason at all. There’s no cars ahead of me and I’m the only one in the drive thru line. I only order two meals maybe three every time. They always have me wait at least 10 minutes at the window, then pull ahead and wait about 15 more. I will no longer be visiting this location.

Food was great! I got the spicy chicken. Love those from here! My husband got the 2 double cheese special ordered as always anywhere we go...cheese only. they served it just that way for him! N the order was correct!We went in to order bc it wasn't busy at all. went to bathrooms..fairly clean. Went up to order n decided what we wanted in like 2 mins. We waited at least 5 mins B4 a young man told us he would be with us in just a couple of mins. We politely said ok. He finally came to the register approx 5 later. He was in the back doing something but what when there was no one inside the restaurant to order n very few in the drive threw! We asked about cheese sticks or any jalapeno poppers. N no they had neither one..only fries. Disappointing. I think these items would be a good option for their menu! He took our order which I thought was reasonably priced. We then waited another 15 mins for our to go order! I thought Wendy's was considered a fast food restaurant! Well wasn't very fast that day. But the cashier was very friendly that was a big plus! My opinion with us being the only customer there. This should had been a fast grab n go but ended up making us later for our visit n arrived 30 mins late! Very disappointed! I hope this helps in getting better employees n possibly more training. N better management. I hope this helped others planning a visit there. We go to fast food restaurants on a daily basis n always on the go so it's highly important to us to have fast service!

Parking: Parking was across from the restaurant door. There was one other vehicle in the parking area convenient parking also wheelchair accessible.

Kid-friendliness: I had no children with us. N saw no other children while there.

Wheelchair accessibility: Located in a few wheelchair marked parking space n wheelchair ramp n close parking to the door.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Floors were so unclean we literally stuck to them while walking. Tables needed wiped down.

Nuggets were 85% warm.

$1.00 for a side of sauce for 4 nuggets.
