Slow slow slow...20 minutes in drive-thru with only 4, yes 4 cars ahead of me...ice in cup melted, soda very watered down, fries and sandwich was cold....not what expected from a wendys

All was good except that I had to ask for the order to be checked be cause they were going to give me just a sandwich for one of the combos. Not a big deal. They were friendly enough, but I felt that it was great thing they weren’t busy, or we’d have been gone without all of the food. We were two plus hours from where we were staying, so it was a stop on the road.

Something needs done about the management she is very rude to her employees in public and she is very loud about it she should talk to them respectfully and in private this has happened many times on different days at different times I feel bad for the employees who have to work for her something needs done about this

Slowest one east of the Mississippi. I really don’t know what takes them so long normally wait time in drive through is about 30min
Honestly would be better if the people inside were better trained. I went through the drive through for a burger and fries only 1 person in front of me. It took almost 25 minutes either they need to hire people with some basic understanding of fast pace working or I personally think it won't last long. Just go to either athens or logan same food and only takes like 5 minutes on a busy day.
