My husband & I are from Lorain county & we're staying with our son for a few weeks to help him out. We've gone to this McDonald's a handful of times while we're in town for other things. We both agree that this is the friendliest McDonald's that we've ever been to. The staff is so polite from the the person taking your order at the drive thru to the pickup window. The food is always fresh & there's never been a mistake with the order. Hands down THE BEST McDonald's. On a side note, the fries could use a bit more salt. Thanks for being so polite & accommodating

Listen, I visited from out of town for Labor Day. I thought I'd just get a Quarter Pounder with bacon to just sate my hunger. But this was the best damn burger I've had from McDonald's in YEARS. Like, this legitimately looked like the image on the menu for the first time, possibly in my life. Thank you for my renewed faith in McDonald's, the backbone of rural America.

It's what you'd expect from a McDonald's. The interior is clean & up-to-date, the employees are friendly, and the prices are in line with other franchises. It's still McDonald's food though, so you can only go so far with that.
If you want a quick & easy lunch, this is a fine stop.

Ordered 2 mcchickens along with food for the rest of my family and they forgot one, and the other was missing the chicken patty so it was a lettuce and mayo sandwich ? This type of thing happens literally every single time I get food here.

Asked for a double filet bacon chicken mcrispy, the staff messed up the order and only gave me one filet, then after waiting 30 minutes I got my burger and went home, the burger had only one filet once again.

This store always goes above and beyond. My kids love McDonald’s. It’s not my favorite but my kids love it. I use the app. It’s amazing whenever I have any issue being my fault or theirs they’re always fixing it immediately with a smile on their face the employees here are awesome. It’s probably one of the better McDonald’s we’ve visited, and I promise most McDonald’s We visit there is always something wrong on our order, but rarely this McDonald’s has any mistakes! And Denise has been there for years and she’s amazing! Love her

It's McDonald'sIt is what you aspect ..But it's a shame when now they are so expensive and you pay all that money and can't get hot fries ...Not that hard to time your food cooking, and fries be timed accordingly.But instead they leave the fries in that lil hot steal area ... And they serve them till they are gone.. so cold fries for everyone
