This place is the best anytime I am in New London I try to stop the food is always 🔥 hot service is great. All these others McDonald's suck cause the service is so bad either the food is cold or the order is always wrong. They should gather all the local Managers from all around and have them work at this establishments to see how a real McDonald's is ran right. Keep up the good work cause this establishment will always be my favorite McDonald's. 10 ⭐️'s

Ordered 2 fish that were supposed to be $6. And the cashier rang it up as $9.98. she needed help to fix it. Then I asked for a senior coffee and she rang it up as $1.49. she needs additional training.
My husband & I are from Lorain county & we're staying with our son for a few weeks to help him out. We've gone to this McDonald's a handful of times while we're in town for other things. We both agree that this is the friendliest McDonald's that we've ever been to. The staff is so polite from the the person taking your order at the drive thru to the pickup window. The food is always fresh & there's never been a mistake with the order. Hands down THE BEST McDonald's. On a side note, the fries could use a bit more salt. Thanks for being so polite & accommodating

Listen, I visited from out of town for Labor Day. I thought I'd just get a Quarter Pounder with bacon to just sate my hunger. But this was the best damn burger I've had from McDonald's in YEARS. Like, this legitimately looked like the image on the menu for the first time, possibly in my life. Thank you for my renewed faith in McDonald's, the backbone of rural America.

It's what you'd expect from a McDonald's. The interior is clean & up-to-date, the employees are friendly, and the prices are in line with other franchises. It's still McDonald's food though, so you can only go so far with that.
If you want a quick & easy lunch, this is a fine stop.
