We highly enjoy ordering pepperoni rolls from here. They are top-notch, and when it's the daily special, incredibly worth the money. Even on regular days, you get enough food for the value - which is hard to find. Thank you for the consistency and great value!

I'm like the kid from Home Alone- I like cheese on my pizza! The elephant ear type dough wit cinnamon sugar was great!, & the famous pepperoni roll was okay. Would have been much better wit a more cheese & pepperoni. The gentleman that provided us service was very polite.

Woman answered the phone angrily and told me to hold. I agreed and she set the phone down. I waited on hold for over 5 minutes just to have her hang up the phone on me. I then proceeded to call back and no one will answer. This is unacceptable customer service and I held them to a way higher standard.

Yet another attempt at ordering and half my order missing! Called store for refund and spoke to a 15 year old manager that has no idea how to provide assistance or service. After they refused to refund what they kept, the manager actually blamed THE DOOR DASHER and said that she probably stole it or kept it! What they do is criminal, swindling customers and keeping the product and not providing refund or explanation. Contacted dasher and was told they never gave this missing item to her to deliver. So I let her know that Coccas is accusing HER of stealing! Downright dirty and totally ridiculous that the kids that work there can’t provide customer service or do anything to fix THEIR ERROR!! This was the SALEM LOCATION.
