Sitting in their drive-thru for 30 minutes really brings out the joy in you. Plus when they steady interrupt as you order is the cherry on top of the half melted sunday.. I miss the 90something year olds who used to work there in the 90s. The had zero problems. Yay teenagers!

Tried to order a four blizzards over the drive-thru. The girl on the other side of the microphone / speaker was having a hard time understanding me. My daughter who was telling me what to order didn't help matters as she kept changing her mind mid-ordering. The handwritten sign stating chocolate ice cream is out until further notice also didn't help, forcing changing of plans. The girl took my payment and handed me the receipt. I read it and saw issues, so I got their attention. She saw me but nudged a young man with long hair to come talk to me: it looked like she was done dealing with me, as she seemed super annoyed (I get it, not completely her fault). Guy goes over the receipt and we realize a couple of issues, both which he made it clear they were going to correct it (add mint to ice cream because it was not marked it was mint despite me saying that correctly over mic). Blizzard cups were very messy with ice cream. Guy was very good in apologizing about the confusion with ordering. I was gracious as well. Come home to find out there's no mint, and they could've put choc syrup in vanilla to fake choc flavor but did not (wife said so, apparently she does that with them all the time, but it was not offered to us as an option). What annoys me was the fact nice guy said they were going to take care of order errors, but did not: don't make a point of promising something then not come through.

The place has a very bad atmosphere. The employees seem exhausted in dealing with an order with such little traffic (at the times I went there, anyway).

The food was very subpar from the other locations I have had. Very dry. Very underwhelming. Felt more like it was cooked to "get outta here" perfection I guess.

The employees behind the counter you could tell was just there for a paycheck.

I wouldn't say to not go there entirely, but I would say there needs to be more supervision on what's happening in doors before it's the next place that turns into another Dollar General.

The workers there are great they make you feel comfortable with how social they are and the food is great as well I think the workers are what makes the atmosphere so great and that’s why the service is so goo

Disappointed in this location. The service here used to be really good. Now it’s ridiculously slow. Went inside instead of the drive through. Store was dirty and the employees were too! Fifteen minutes for some chicken strips. Sad.

No. They're not only insanely slow, but the ice cream is ALWAYS melted by the time we actually get it and the food is never good. Go to the one in New Springfield. They're slow too, but at least the ice cream isn't melted when you get it.

Bad franchise owner/management period. They only staff 16 year olds and to their credit they get it done but still they leave 3-4 16 year olds unsupervised with no manager or someone old enough to buy cigarettes all the time. Crazy. 5/5 for the employees 0/5 for the greedy

Poor service. Out of product, was never informed until after payment. When asking about other blizzard flavors after, the kid at the window could only name 1 flavor! Also found peanuts in NON-peanut butter blizzards. Could be a major health risk for allergies! Will not be back.
