Clown show...ordered Honey Pepper CHICKEN and 3 cheese macaroni, and all I got was macaroni...after I already got home with my take out....never again.

Went there on Veterans day, ordered the cheeseburger tray, which I thought included a coke. Upon finishing, I was handed a receipt indicating I owed $3.59 for my coke. So, what Applebee's is saying is, "hey, veterans, we will give you a burger, but you gonna pay thru your nose for a coke!" Look, either you support the sacrifice all veterans made completely, or you don't! I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN NEXT VETERANS DAY UNLESS THIS POLICY CHANGES. STICK IT ON YOUR EAR, APPLEBEE'S. !
The Bourbon street steak was amazing ! It was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth .

This restaurant in particular (New Philadelphia, Ohio) has a very bad sewage smell in the bathrooms that can also be smelled when you walk close to the bathroom doors.
Steak was so tough it was hard to cut and we couldn't chew it.
They did refund.
I wish it was more wheelchair accessible, tables and chairs are very close together, narrow areas in the dining area and we are always set up on the elevated area and then they sit a group behind us, to leave we then have to bother the group and they all have to stand up move chairs and tables to let us out to the wheelchair ramp, almost every time the opposite elevated area is empty, why not sit us on the empty unused side? They surely can clean that one table? Or better yet make some of the raised tables on the main level truely handicap accessible.
