The absolute worst service ever !! Our food sat on the warmer for a good 20 minutes including my Mac and cheese ( you can only imagine how fresh it was ). No one had any idea on what they were doing. I would like to see a response to this from upper management

I went in around 1 pm. The drive-through was very busy compared to no one waiting at the register. I did not receive any suggestions of additional items or the upselling of the size of food items. The inside seating was empty, and the place was clean. I ordered a classic roast beef, cheese, and arby-q sauce added. It was very good. The portion size was larger than expected for a classic. Note: There are occasional coupons available through the mail or order through the Arby's app for additional savings on your purchase.
Waited in line for a little while at the drive through. Not a huge deal. I was looking forward to the kings Hawaiian fish sandwich and mac and cheese bites. The mac and cheese bites were over cooked and super greasy and had no flavor. The fish sandwich was cold and soggy. So disappointed!!!! I've been waiting for this fish sandwich since last year. Previously this sandwich topped my list of fast food fish sandwiches. Not anymore. Arbys, do better!!!!!!!!!
