This place is always slow. You can tell they have a lot of turnover in employees. On average I would say 10 to 15 min wait for food. Most I have spent is 23 mins from time I pulled in until I left with food
Just hoping my husband and I do not have food poisoning from the Arby's in New Philadelphia OH off highway. 1297 W High Ave. My review:
Bathroom door ladies room broken cannot close or lock. Floor wet and greasy one would also think that this and the really not clean ladies room, would be cleaned at closing not mid morning at 10 am. Filthy restaurant. Potato Pancakes not cooked fully still frozen in center. Could not return on a trip south. Honestly if I were health department I would close it down. We should have driven away.

I've never seen worse service and complete lacking of respect out of any business in my life. Pulled up to the drive through to order at 9:16pm someone said "one moment we will be right with you" I sat for 20 mins. Tried to say hello a few time then pulled up to the window. 3 girls were inside working all made eye contact with me and went right back to what they were doing. I said hello tapped on the window a few times and still walking right by just looking at me. I waited and 2 of them came outside to throw away trash and when I confronted them from my car waiting in the drive through window they both through their arms up and ran inside. This place closes at 10 I was here an hour early on a Friday night. No one could even say sorry we are closed. Even when I was pulled up to the window and they seen me. Very poor mannered employees.
They have great fast food & always fresh.
