The place was not clean at all, every table had left over food on it, it was so bad I offered to help clean the tables and the manager got mad about it. The staff were over worked and underemployed. The manger did absolutely nothing but sit in the back. This use to be a very good place to eat. I would avoid coming here unless a change is made

I was there last night around 8:00 I had the everything breakfast there was hair in it I told my server an older lady and she was very rude about it she just took my plate and said I will have them remake it very rudely the manager came over and talked to me and he was very apologetic about it they made it right with me but the server could have been a little bit more professional about it

It isn't the first time I've heard staff complaints for the whole restaurant to hear but today just seemed to really irritate me. I understand the complaints but it's really not professional to discuss your personal business loud enough for the customers to hear. If you have a complaint with a fellow employee you need to discuss that in a more private space. I should have to hear an argument from the kitchen. I just wanted a peaceful meal. It was not to be had here.

I recently visited this establishment for the first time in several years. While the food and service was fine, I was concerned by a conversation I overheard while checking out. A young employee appeared to be expressing frustration over receiving paychecks that did not reflect the number of hours she had worked. From what I could gather, her concerns seemed valid and warranted a respectful discussion. Unfortunately, the individual at the register, who I believe may have been the manager, responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. Rather than addressing her concerns with empathy and transparency, he spoke to her in a demeaning tone, attempting to downplay her experience and invalidate her frustration. This interaction was troubling to witness and left a lasting negative impression. As a customer who was actively supporting this business, it was disappointing to see a member of management treat an employee in such a way. Out of respect for fair labor practices and workplace integrity, I can no longer support this establishment. I sincerely hope that leadership takes this feedback seriously and works toward fostering a more respectful and supportive environment for all staff members.

very rude service and food burnt to a crisp we threw 80 percent of it in the trash where it belonged our plates were cold the waitress dropped my wife's plate on the table and said there you go my burger was dry burnt wen I asked for medium I'd say close down before anyone else gets sick as we both was
