I'm not sure what changed, but I have a feeling it is management, because Bob's in New Philadelphia has been so much better these past couple of months. The service and the food were both top-notch. I hadn't been there in at least a year because the previous management clearly struggled and service was terrible, and it just wasn't worth going. I'm really glad I decided to give them another chance, because whoever is running it now definitely knows what...

Was told they just re-staffed the entire restaurant... Waited 35-40 mins for food with hardly anyone in the restaurant. Food came out and was not only NOT what was ordered but was cold. Didn't want to wait again so agreed to accept the mixup. Charged for the more expensive meal rather than what was ordered. Not a good experience, will be going to the Dover location if going to Bob evans again..
