Horrible service wait was very long and never received food. Finally waitress said food was coming out in a couple minutes waited another hour. Then asked for food to be boxed and waited another half hour..

I would give this a even lower score if I could! My husband and I went out for a date night and I left super sick. I have a gluten and dairy allergy which I ALWAYS alert the server to as soon as I sit down no matter where I am. I ordered traditional wings with a side of tater tots. Which I have many times before and never had any issues. I was assured that my food would be made gluten friendly. The waitress comes back after a couple of minutes and said they were out of traditional wings (which was bizarre considering it was only 6:30pm) so I decided to get their grilled tenders. When the tenders came out they were so dry and shriveled up that I couldn't even cut them into pieces with a fork. My husband's sandwich came out wrong which we were pretty understanding about. The worst part of our experience was that the waitress said that she would let the kitchen know about my allergies and I am not sure exactly what happened, but I ended up having a violent reaction not even 10 mins after we left the restaurant. Needless to say my husband and I aren't in a huge hurry to go back.

Nothing is more annoying and frustrating than placing an online order which details out exactly what someone wants, only to get home and find items missing. After calling, the manager did refund the missing items but still frustrating. This has occured multiple times at this location. I will update if any future visits are any better.

Update: The canned response by the owner is laughable as it's the same on all of the 1 star reviews. Seems to me you could care less about your customers and more about your appearance.

Food was mediocre. My friends chicken was questionable. Service was horrible. Waitress had an attitude and didn't want to answer my questions about menu items even though it was my first time at this restaurant. Very crowded and noisy.

Fast, waitress was busy but able to keep up! Even remembered our special requests (without a pad!) and there was 3 of us, everything came fast and was delicious!

I am incredibly disappointed with our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings this evening. My mom is visiting from Florida, and we decided to have dinner together with my husband and our 2-year-old daughter. We ordered drinks, a kids' meal for my daughter, an appetizer, and opted for the bottomless appetizers since my husband and I had been there before and were aware of their policy regarding takeout. Unfortunately, my mom wasn't informed about the rule and put a few chips from the queso into my daughter's to-go box.

When the server pointed this out, my mom immediately apologized and complied by taking the chips out. But then, the server made a scene by claiming, “It says it right here,” and walked over to grab the to-go box that contained my daughter's meal. I expressed my concern by saying, “Wait, that’s the baby’s food,” and she responded without any consideration, saying, “I’m going to get you a new to-go box so you can take the appetizers out.” I tried to explain that my mom had already removed the chips, but the server yelled at me back from the beverage station, “She didn’t.”

We have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings, but this interaction has left us feeling really upset.
