Buffalo Wild Wings

Well the Thai Curry wings were delicious. Just enough heat and cooked perfectly. They have some new sandwiches so stop in and give them a try.

Went in to a bunch of tables empty and they had some customers sitting on the waiting seats. I asked for a table of one and was told a 30min wait time. On empty seats? I asked if I can just sit at the bar and was told they would have to ask the manager. Came back and told me the same thing, a 30min wait. I declined. Manager needs better training if the place is almost empty and you are having your customers site 30min before being attended to on an a more than available seating.

Just…all around a poor experience the last few times we’ve come here. The people are friendly, and trivia is fun, but that’s about all I have that’s nice to say.

- Food is too expensive for what you get
- They never have the beer their menu says they have.
- The service, at literally every point in the process is WAY too slow.

And this most recent visit I was kinda disgusted by the state of things. There was an entire uneaten sandwich just sitting under our table, and while eating a stink bug fell from the ceiling onto my neck.

I just…I’m done. $15 for wings, the beer I didn’t want, and ludicrously slow service is not worth it.

The people who work there are great, but $30 for wings like this is sad. They started this during covid and decided never to go back.

Ordered brisket tots. They were out, so got buffalo tots. There wasn’t a tablespoon on chicken on it. All tots. It wasn’t worth the price.

Had family in from out of state and visited restaurant a few times last week and was treated great and welcoming by all staff, were super helpful when it came to switching some TV's so we could watch supercross and just super friendly atmosphere. Will be a repeat customer from now on! Thank you to ALL the staff!

Bartenders will disappear for 15 minutes at a time while the only person on staff talks to other patrons for extended periods of time. Had to wait at least 15 minutes to get anyone's attention regardless of how obvious I made it that I was trying to order. This happens every single time I go. One time I walked in the restaurant and there was only one employee in the entire restaurant who was at the to-go order area. I sat there for 10 minutes looking around like the joke is on me. Last 3 times I've gotten to-go food half of the order was missing and didn't know until I got home

Absolutely the worst place I have ever bought food at. Waited 35 minutes for my wings and they weren't even warm when I got them. They have no excuse because the place wasnt even busy. Terrible service. Possibly the worst imaginable. Didn't even get my order right. Wings were the size of Tyson chicken nuggets. Everything about the place was terrible. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Better off with McDonalds and I don't even eat there.

Sad day We love this place and always have great food and service. Went there today on 12/31 at 1:00 Never got seated, four of us walked out after 39 minutes and 9 other customers walked out also. You think you would staff more ppl for New Year’s Eve Went to Texas road house and got seated immediately.

My husband and I put in a pickup order. My husband went in and the kid at the desk was very unfriendly, didn't say hello or thank you, he was just there. Got home with the food and all the cardboard boxes were soaked on the outsides with wing sauce, we didn't get our onion rings, and the burgers we ordered (mushroom and Swiss and bacon cheeseburger) were just ok. They did not have a lot of seasoning which made them bland. The buffalo chicken sandwich was the best thing we ate. The fries were a bit overcooked and the cheese curds had no flavor. I was not satisfied and more than likely will not be recommending this store to eat at.

This place has been an enjoyable restaurant to me for a while, but the quality of their food has really fallen as of late. Their chicken strips, in particular, were extremely rubbery and tough. The manager seemed not to be concerned, despite me offering her to take a look at them, sample them, at least test them with a knife.

I was strongly disappointed in the quality of chicken, and more so in the apathetic service.

If you like to have coffee with your meal, don't eat here! Their coffee machine is always "broken".
