Went here for late lunch with my twin daughters. No wait to be seated. Waitress was polite professional. Food was great and brought out in a timely fashion!
BWWs in New Philadelphia Ohio has a good atmosphere, good food and excellent service. Tuesday nights are best with BOGO traditional wings. Using the app for points towards purchases is a good rewards program. I do not care for the atmosphere and layout at the Canton Ohio BWWs.

We like to hit the specials on Tuesday or Thursday. We had an app problem after changing our email and had to cancel the account. This prevented us from getting one offer. Otherwise it was a good experience. Their tater tots are great! Always crunchy.

The boneless wings we got were not up to their standard. There was hardly any sauce in them the pieces were small and chewy. Not our best meal there.

Inflation must have really taken a hit on this place, or the kitchen staff isn’t doing so well. These boneless wings look dehydrated!! Also, if a customer is standing at your pickup counter and waiting…it’s probably not ideal for servers to be openly complaining about customers… unless that’s what they teach in management now.

Wings were terrible found a huge hair then waited a hour for a so called fresh batch that tasted like rubber! When asked for a refill there was no more tea made! Order was messed up from the very begining nice place and the appetizer was good but most certainly was a waste of time and 100 dollars! Could be a great place but the service needs work! Hope this will help and make things improve

The last 3 times we have been to BW3s in New Phila, they are out of key items like BURGERS or IPAs. Or we get pickup and they are late having it ready and don't give you everything you ordered. Once our gift cards are gone, we aren't coming back anymore.
They were shorthanded, the result of hiring people under 30,but the young lady who was our waitress was/ outstanding!

Have been here 4 times and won’t come back. There is always something that makes the experience memorable—and not in a good way. The service has been sub-par every time, with the most recent waitress adding a bunch of ranch dipping sauces when we didn’t want them. Instead of asking her about it—and being there an extra half hour because she’d have to get a manager involved—we just dedicated it from her tip. The time previously, we spent so long there because our waitress was bartending and that had all of her attention. Though good, the food is very underwhelming for the price point. Unfortunately, the experience has been negative enough times that I do not believe I’ll frequent any BW’s again.
