Picked up a mobile order. 2 burgers and a chicken sand. 1 burger was wrong, not hot. 10 ketchups and no napkins. How hard is it to throw food out of a window. I worked for McDonald's as a teenager - bag, food, condiments, napkins!!

It doesn't matter if you're the only person in the drive thru expect a 15-20 minute wait MINIMUM. Sit down restaurants are faster than this burger king.

Lady at the window seemed really rude. We ordered Motz fries and a bacon king plain. There was a hair in my burger and they gave us chicken fries instead. While we were sitting here waiting on our food, I could hear the staff complaining the entire time about how “there shouldn’t have been hair because she’s wearing a hair net”. The fries were also cold…. Over all just not a good experience, especially the rudeness.
