We got a take out order around 5:00 pm on 3/27/25. It was the worst meal I've ever had at a Chipotle. Our chicken was burnt. We had a bowl and tacos. They were both ruined. We were very disappointed.
I will never order food from this place again. I will use my 2 free entree vouchers to order the replacement for my already free entrees that they screwed up the first time. Keep in mind that years ago I was a restaurant manager and I can promise you I’d fire myself if my restaurant ran this poorly and the serving sizes were this small. This is a recipe for franchise failure. The owner should be ashamed. Portion sizes do not reflect the price buddy, and if that’s your idea of saving money and being savvy you’re going to fail. You are failing. If you can’t make it worth it to buy the food then we won’t order chipotle any more. It’s not saving you money if in the long run you lose business.. I promise you that will be the case. I’ve watched it happen. Customers must find a good value or they will stop buying. That said, we have given this place chance after chance, time after time.. and you’d think by the number of bad reviews you, and your management team would make the changes necessary to remain a good place to eat. You need to do better. I promise that when I use these vouchers for the free entrees I have coming to me and the order is messed up yet again I will be making a very unpleasant email and phone call to corporate office and as I’m sure you know Mr Franchisee.. word of mouth can really do damage.

Dinner time on a Sunday six employees on the line, and not a drop of steak available (not even being cooked). Thank goodness I walked in, and didn’t order online, or I would came in paying for a meal not even ready with no notice.

Worst chipotle in the world quite possibly. Rice is undercooked and cold, meat is overcooked and cold, veggies are raw, portions are tiny. Absolute dogwater dining experience.

Haven't eaten here in a long time because of the bad experiences. Food is always cold even if they make it right in front of you. Got a mobile order over the weekend and they didn't put barely any lettuce on it and forgot the black beans. Wanted to try the new chicken and it was dry in the sauce was drizzled on it instead of coated in it like the picture. Complained through their mobile app and all I got back was thanks for your feedback. Thought I would try it again tonight and they didn't put chicken in our bowl at all. Call the store in the manager just kept saying okay and told me to call the 1-800 Chipotle to get a refund. Will probably have to fight with an automated service to get refunded or just get a thanks for your feedback again.

When you’re charging people for $10-$15 a bowl, at least give us food. The portions at this particular chipotle is CRIMINAL, and whomever is in charge of this is legitimately greedy beyond belief. Trying to save a couple dollars on overhead while disregarding customer service is WILD. Who ever is the franchise owner/managers should be ashamed honestly.

This place sucks , paid $50 for bowls they forgot most of the ingredients. Super rude i paid for extra meat and got none. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Just nasty food and people here.

Check your food before you leave if you order online. My chicken bowl that was supposed to be double protein didn’t have any chicken on it. The only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because the chips were great! Also their portions have gotten very small. A bowl used to be full, and now it’s maybe half, there were literally 5 pieces of lettuce.

I’ve eaten at this chipotle for so many years I can’t count. At least weekly.
Today will be the last.
The portions were so small you would have thought they were literally running out of food and trying to ration for the next 12 months.
My double meat burrito looked more like a cheesy roll up from Taco Bell, by kids quesadillas looked like they used street taco tortillas rather than a burrito tortilla snd my wife’s burrito bowl didn’t even come close to even covering the bottom of the bowl.
I took all $70 worth of my family’s food back up to the manager and was told “they just had portion control training that morning and those were the correct portions”
I seriously feel bad for anyone in charge of the chipotle brand because this was so embarrassing that any company would charge what Chipotle charges and offer that little food in return.

One of the lowest quality and inconsistent Chipotle locations in the state and I've been to 20+ locations. You'll get a lot of free food here as long as you mobile order as this specific location is almost guaranteed to screw something up.
