This was hands down the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I walked in with just one customer ahead of me and still had to wait about five minutes while three employees stood behind the counter and another was in the kitchen. When I finally ordered, most of the food was either empty or cold, and the whole counter area was a complete mess. My bowl was dirty and sloppy from food spills, and they didn’t even have enough cheese to finish it. I bought my food, paid for everything, and went to get a large drink — but almost everything at the fountain machine was empty. All the lemonades were out, Coke was gone, root beer dispensed only water, and the Sprite was the only thing that halfway worked. Then I tried to grab a fork and realized every fork container was empty. To top it off, one worker was just sitting at a table eating while another stood outside with a guy smoking instead of working. The dining area was disgusting, with dirt piled under the tables, and at that point, I completely lost my appetite and ended up throwing everything out. I didn’t even bother asking for a refund because, judging by the dozens of other recent one-star reviews, nobody ever gets one. Absolutely unacceptable — by far the nastiest Chipotle I’ve ever stepped into

The last three times I’ve ordered online this is what they gave me, they also didn’t give me a fork or napkins, very disappointed-especially for the price. I’ve contacted support and will update if they do anything.

Been going to this location since I moved here and I’ve never had an issue I get the same order every time and they never have messed anything up! Staff are friendly and quick when I’m there.

This place is a joke! Always has and always will be that's probably why it's located in T-county. Literally asked for cheese, sour cream, and pico. The worker produces to try to put corn and lettuce on it. 6 people standing there just looking at me lol. You'd think my asking for extra rice comes out of their salary!

The restaurant itself is filthy, the prep counters are dirty, they had no brown rice and beans at 4:30 on a Friday evening. There was a mound of prep pans behind the prep servers on a counter also covered with food. We asked how long we had to wait for brown rice and that prompted one of the cooks to make some. The garbage in the dining room is overflowing, the servers seemed kind but lost. All tables were dirty as well. Where is a manager on a Friday night? We hope we dont get sick from eating here. We have to drive 40 minutes to go to another location. It just plain sucked. This is the 3rd time we have given this location a try, maybe the Health Department needs a call

The food was surprisingly good. Had it not been for being hungry and headed back down the highway I would have left. The empty tables were dirty. The trash was overflowing, piled on top with something up against it to keep it from falling on the floor. I've never seen anything that bad in a restaurant. Be it call offs or people quitting, management needs to step up and get their hands dirty and help out. Take pride in your store.

Noticeable improvements for replacing meat and rice with fresh so everything was very well done. Keep up the good work of replacing old rice. Maybe salt the chips a little more? Thanks!

No one in our group could eat the meat, we had chicken and steak, because of how spicy it was! We wasted $40 on food here!

The reastaurant was dirty with overflowing garbage cans, food and garbage all over the floors, tables and even the utensil area had garbage and empty straw wrappers. The food prep station area was sloppy with food drippings all over. Only one tea dispenser had tea in it out of 4 different teas and it was not circulating. The food was too salty as well. This is my 2 visit here but I won’t be returning.

Absolutely awful, both our bags of chips you could still see the bottom of the bag, my two bowls were supposed to have extra rice amd they did not, they also must have accidentally put Pico on my bowl and tried to scrape it off, i would never recommend this place to anyone. EVER!

I’d give zero stars if I could, the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and I’ve given it multiple chances as I work at a chipotle out of town!!! Today will be the last time, one the service absolutely sucks!! Very slow, have everyone cussing and using very foul language with each other talking about their personal life if front of the customers. The pinto beans taste like run down mud water each time I’ve gotten them. Then they like to try and tell you one day they don’t do quesadillas at all at their location even though it’s right on the menu they do, then the next day they say they can’t put the meat inside the quesadillas and flat out argue about it even though THEY CAN AND ARE SUPPOSED TO IF YOU ASK FOR MEAT THEY PUT IT INSIDE THE QUESADILLA NOT INSIDE THE MEAL BOX FOR YOUR EXTRA 3 SIDES!!! But then the next day I’ll have someone do it no problem. Again, worst place ever and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

My first time and nearly left without getting anything due to staff not being very helpful and lack of ingredients available at the time. The man at the register realized there was a problem and quickly did what he could to fix it and get me something to eat. I'm not sure the man's name but he's great and deserves recognition!! Thanks to this man, and this man only, I tried Chipotle for the first time and will likely eat here again.

I did a mobile order late, about 45 minutes before close. I received my food and checked it upon leaving to make sure I did not have any dairy on it. I am extremely sensitive to any dairy, and it was great except half of my bowl was empty. I got just the minimum amount of rice, which I understand that they were in the process of closing and that can happen. I asked for a little more and was helped out immediately and in a friendly fashion. They did a great job and the food was really good. Thank you for the service.
