The stairs need attention, an easy trip hazard. The creme brulee was overpriced at $13.99. It was served warm with no caramelized crust on top, watery. The beer selection that comes with the Wednesday special could improve. Only two (cheap) beer options were offered. The burgers are flavorful. The hostess was very welcoming. The rest of their menu is overpriced for the small town of NP.
Delicious food and drinks! Great atmosphere! Awesome people to work with for a special event!
Absolutely loved every bit of it. My 6 year old graduated kindergarten and we decided to take him somewhere nice that we had never been to celebrate. He absolutely loved the kids steak. My 2 year old are every bite of the kids mac and cheese. Both of their meals looked great. My husband and i got the pork bao buns, ravioli, and a craft burger and all 3 were absolutely perfect. The service was excellent and the prices were great as well. Overall I have no complaints.
THE. BEST. BURGERS. I'VE. EVER. HAD! It's like the flavor of a great steak in burger form but you can still taste the flame of the grill. Amazing! Regular fries and pickle fried were both delicious. Waiter was pleasant and service was great!
Fun place! Classy atmosphere and upscale style dining. The salmon was flavorful and well plated. The selection of craft beers is well thought out and loaded with delightful beers to try.
Exceptional chef means exceptional food! Cozy atmosphere. Perfect for date nights, anniversaries or special celebrations.

Desserts amazing.
My friend and I ate here for the first time last week. Betty was our server, and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions. She was so pleasent and fun. The food was great. We will be back and requesting Betty again. She made the experience memorable and enjoyable.
All of our family of five food was great. We will be back.

My wife and I are huge fans. We have gone to craft several times. Every time I go I'm excited for what I'm about to eat. My wife and I's steak is always perfectly cooked. I went this year for Father's Day and got the special (I believe it was a 38 oz dry aged steak.) and I about cried whenever I took my first bite of the steak I ordered. If anyone's wondering about going to craft or going someplace else. Go to craft. It's high priced but worth every penny. The service is always top notch. If you also just want to go for the drinks it's also worth it. Best mixed drinks around.

I've been here so many times where I can confidently say this is my favorite restaurant in the Dover/New Philadelphia area.
The specials never disappoint, burger night is a steal ($12 for a new Burger, fries, and a soft drink/beer) on Wednesdays, and their menu is seasonal so you never really can get tired of the place.
I'm an eclectic eater, so it's strange to even me that I'd choose a Modern American restaurant as my favorite, but I think the passion that Chef Eric and the staff employ into their cooking is really what has me sold.
I even catered from them and they made a fantastic meal for my friends and I. Very glad to have this restaurant in my community.

We stayed in New Philadelphia, Ohio, and found this gem of a restaurant. Great selection of craft beers and seasonal, creative cocktails.
I had the special, lobster, and shrimp pasta. It had a ton of seafood, and the sauce was delicious.
My husband had the butternut squash ravioli. The flavor was perfectly balanced, and he thought the pasta was perfectly cooked.
We had 2 appetizers before dinner be a use we couldn't decide on one. The mushroom bruschetta and the fried cheese were both very good. The only cplaint I have is that I would have liked the bread to be a little more toasted.
It was our anniversary so we got dessert. We had creme Brule, which was also good. My husband got the carrot cake to go. It was huge! It was also good.
If you are in the area, definitely go! You won't be disappointed. The service was also awesome.

Food was great. My wife is very gluten sensitive, but not celiac. The Chef was unsure of gluten free issues, so be careful if you have gluten sensitivity (told wait staff that the deep fryer that is used for regular food will be okay for GF).But we worked through that and had a great meal. Nice place. Worth a try!!
