I come through the drive thru at this location a few times a week for breakfast. Faith and Leeann are awesome! So friendly. Always happy when at the speaker and window. You guys have an awesome duo with these 2 ladies. Just makes my day every time I come through!

Food is usually hot and fresh when you go during peak times so first thing in the morning for breakfast, between 7to 9. right around 12 to 1 and 4 to 5 for dinner, but just remember that they are cooked orders. So you are going to be waiting for your food.

I used the drive thru today for a chicken tender basket, curly fries & added a cherry lemonade. I had to pull ahead for a few minutes for the curly fries. In that time I tried the cherry lemonade & all I can say to describe it is musty. I can’t determine exactly why - but once my food came out I explained & asked for a refund. Considering it was $3.79 for the lemonade. I was told to come inside. Once I got to the front desk one of the staff members disappeared toward the back. I believe it was the manager that came forward & said it must not be the lemonade, but possibly the cherry flavoring. Regardless I explained I did not want another lemonade, just a refund & a fountain drink. Since I got a medium combo. At that point I was given a large cup & told that should make up the difference. My bill was $19 for fries, chicken & a drink. How does a large drink that’s included in a $13 combo cost me an additional $4, I wouldn’t know, because I never got a receipt. Unfortunately I was limited on time or I’d have taken more time for my refund. This just proves I shouldn’t have come back to Hardee’s after a four year break since the last time I came I was also disappointed. I asked for barbecue sauce as well, since they have Duke’s and they gave me Sweet Baby Ray’s. And failed to mention that.

We were driving through this area to pick up up a new puppy. Stopped for a quick lunch on the way. Went through the drive thru. Service was quick and the young lady working the window was very pleasant and helpful. We got a chicken sandwich meal and a mushroom Swiss double. Both meals were really good and hot! Fries were fresh and lightly salted. We wish there was a Hardee’s on the Pittsburgh area again.
I work 15 hours today I show up at the drive-thru at exactly 9:51 I rushed there a guy answers I put in my order he does not reply I wait and wait nobody comes to the window and it was a woman until 9:59 this was done on purpose
