Not to mention the fact the manager straight lied to me about no longer having chicken biscuits and supposedly wasn’t even supposed to be serving them all the years I’ve ordered them. But apparently they do still have them? Nice job at running that place into the ground whoever’s managing it

So I guess they ran out of flour tortillas for the ranch chicken wraps, and instead gave me a nasty stale corn tortilla that was broken when I opened up my food this is disgusting.

I asked for my food to be cooked fresh. I watched another customer who ordered 4 people in front of me get the wrong food delivered to their table BEFORE I ORDERED. after I ordered an employee took the food that had already been handled by a customer and put it on my tray and bring it to me. Sorry, this is cold and had already gone out to another customer who handled it. I ordered mine to be cooked fresh.I will NEVER go here again and I will be calling Health Dept in the morning.

All I did was ask what was in the cups because they weren’t labeled. I was told to check the lid. Worst fast food service ever.
Ok...I keep trying to see if they get better.......mushroom burger had very, very little swiss cheese on it I brought it home and added a slice of cheese.....sadly it's annoying as I use to love Hardee's.

I regularly come here every month due to proximity to my work.Ingredients persistently change for certain menu items such as tacos. Have had many times when they are out of cups for fries, cups or an ingredient for menu items. Service is hit or miss depending on which person you get. The slender blonde woman with glasses is really nice and friendly 10/10 give her a raise. Other drive through staff is a miss.The premises is in bad upkeep more often than not the outer flowerbeds are full of weeds, weeds coming out of cracks along the sidewalk near doors, weed killer bottles (obviously not used) strewn near the back door. Rugs piled up near the back door and have been. Both have been out back for weeks.Dumpster gate always open and. In poor repair.This location has gone DOWN HILL since management has changed. The talking heads running this franchise needs to rethink what they are doing here.
