This location is mid.

There is no place for the mobile orders, so you still have to go to the counter and wait to talk to the cashier and get looks from the other customers as if you are cutting the line.

The cookies were WELL done. 0/5 did not enjoy. I know it's not a cookie store, but other locations' cookies are sublime and one of the reasons I go here over Jimmy John's.

The location itself is hard to get in and out of parking spots with the other traffic from other stores (Starbucks, Tmobile, and Spectrum among others) in the strip.

The sandwiches themselves are OK. I mean, they're better than Subway, on par with a Jimmy John's.

Food was cool but I didn't like the unfair treatment due to my race but what can I say that's how life is being African American smh....

Older lady was rude for no reason at all. I have hearing problems & she asked me I wanted my sub “mikes way” when I clearly had already told her I wanted everything on it that it comes with. & she proceeds to say “so mikes way?” & shakes her head like I’m some kind of idiot. I told her 2x I wanted it how it comes & she proceeded to get angry with me over it. If she doesn’t like her job she should find somewhere else to work! Customer service is quit frankly her job!

The crew on service during my visit was professional but inexperienced. My order was delayed, forgotten, and delayed again. I can understand it takes time for people to learn the process but this team was not ready.
I would expect some courtesy gift or at least apologies for the poor service but I was barely spoken to.
Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop and I'm so disappointed because of this experience I don't know if I'll be returning.

Sandwiches were freshly made and correct as ordered. The service was second to none.

The service was second to none. The team were all fantastic people nice and polite. I love this sub shop I recommend it to all my people and everyone else loves it too. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Employees do not get a free meal when they work .never get pay stubs and boss Ashley is mean and his even they get busy she was very rude to me

Has happend twice now that we've found hair in our sandwiches at this location.. Do better.

My first time ever stopping in because I wanted to try something new, and we don’t have a jersey mikes in the town i live in. I walked in and smiled at them and said hi, no response. I wasn’t welcomed when i first entered..not even a smile.. and they were already very short and snippy. I wanted an italian sub, but i wanted the ham off of it and the young girl had told me that there was barely gonna be any meat on it with just the salami and pepperoni, so i asked for double meat and she acted like it was such an inconvenience to do that for me bc it wasn’t a “menu option” I will say she gave me a good amount of meat on it though, when i was adding my toppings..again very snippy and i asked for banana peppers and she put like 5 on there and i had to ask for more?.. like cmon. I was NOT impressed with the customer service AT ALL very very rude girls in there, super snippy, and you can very clearly tell they did not want to be there.. they looked miserable. Ruined my whole mood, then it asked if i wanted to tip haha HELL NO. I walked out in a completely different mood than when i walked in and i won’t be back, i’ll go to a different location the next time.

Our subs were delicious and the service was great. The only downside is for a regular sub it's roughly $11 and for the big sub it's almost $18 . the meals via adding a drink and chips puts the at $20 to $25. For that kind of money I will just go across the street to the Roadhouse and get a meal ??

Was not impressed! Customer service needs to be more friendly to their paying customers! Food was not that great, and the fact that they want you to lleave a tip if a turn off! Tip for what! I found it intimidating! I won’t be back! I spend my money on establishments that treat their customers right, and I will drive out of my way to get good service and food!!

I love y’all and you guys make some bomb subs, but please please please don’t put the wettest lettuce into the sandwhiches.And please wipe the board dry when you place the bread down, my sandwhich was soooooo soggy I couldn’t even eat it. The lettuce was so wet so the inside and outside of the sandwhich was soggy and it was awful.
