My first time ever stopping in because I wanted to try something new, and we don’t have a jersey mikes in the town i live in. I walked in and smiled at them and said hi, no response. I wasn’t welcomed when i first entered..not even a smile.. and they were already very short and snippy. I wanted an italian sub, but i wanted the ham off of it and the young girl had told me that there was barely gonna be any meat on it with just the salami and pepperoni, so i asked for double meat and she acted like it was such an inconvenience to do that for me bc it wasn’t a “menu option” I will say she gave me a good amount of meat on it though, when i was adding my toppings..again very snippy and i asked for banana peppers and she put like 5 on there and i had to ask for more?.. like cmon. I was NOT impressed with the customer service AT ALL very very rude girls in there, super snippy, and you can very clearly tell they did not want to be there.. they looked miserable. Ruined my whole mood, then it asked if i wanted to tip haha HELL NO. I walked out in a completely different mood than when i walked in and i won’t be back, i’ll go to a different location the next time.

Our subs were delicious and the service was great. The only downside is for a regular sub it's roughly $11 and for the big sub it's almost $18 . the meals via adding a drink and chips puts the at $20 to $25. For that kind of money I will just go across the street to the Roadhouse and get a meal ??

Was not impressed! Customer service needs to be more friendly to their paying customers! Food was not that great, and the fact that they want you to lleave a tip if a turn off! Tip for what! I found it intimidating! I won’t be back! I spend my money on establishments that treat their customers right, and I will drive out of my way to get good service and food!!

I love y’all and you guys make some bomb subs, but please please please don’t put the wettest lettuce into the sandwhiches. And please wipe the board dry when you place the bread down, my sandwhich was soooooo soggy I couldn’t even eat it. The lettuce was so wet so the inside and outside of the sandwhich was soggy and it was awful.

I work nearby so I come in often because it's the best of all the options in this area. I get the same thing every time, and I wish I got the name of the girl who made my #55 w/ extra chicken + chipotle mayo because I'd name drop her and demand she get a raise. That was easily the best order I've had from here so far. So thank you whoever you are, it's been a long day and that sandwich made it all a little better.
Dietary restrictions: I don't eat beef or pork, which is why the big kahuna is my go to. They have veggie options, and can easily cater to people who don't eat dairy as well. It's all pretty simple and straight forward so, you really shouldn't have any issues finding something that meets your personal dietary preferences and restrictions.
Parking: Can get wild when busy but, that's not on them and on the plaza having too small of a parking lot for the business within it.
Kid-friendliness: Open dining room with plenty of seats and tables, very much kid/ family friendly.

Shoutout to the old white lady who quit making my sandwich because I asked her nicely for light ham. As soon as I walked in here I was not greeted, then she mumbled something at me while making my food. Stop making it after asking for light ham and went in the back to do the dishes. Her coworker had to apologize and finish making for me. Not surprised to experience this racism in new Philadelphia after visiting my parents for a few days. Just like the good old days
First time and last time. Customer service and food was awful would not recommend.

I could see that they were busy, so waiting nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged was bad, but understandable. After finally being greeted, I was told there would be at least a 30 minute wait on the grill because of all the online orders. I am a live customer standing there in the store and online orders for Door Dash were more important. They were clearly understaffed and the manager was obviously stressed, but I cannot understand why a customer standing in front of you is a last priority. Although this was the most extreme, it has been typical for my experience at this location.

I don't come into Jersey Mike's very often although I do love the food. But today around 430pm I did come in and I just had to say how impressed I was at the two guys working. The gentlemen were starting to get busy and even so they still continued to keep their work area clean and in just the time I was there the guy mainly manning the front washed his hands probably 3 or 4 times. Everytime he would go from the front cash register to making food he would stop and wash his hands. They did a really great job.
